“Mark and Brian were our delivery men. Phone me to advise how far and how long to their arrival. Were very helpful as could not get furniture in the way intended and helped solve problem. Quickly and expertly assembled the furniture. Very friendly too had a coffee with them.”

“So pleased with our new furniture. Under a week from order to delivery. All arrived in time for the Bank Holiday weekend. Would recommend the premium delivery service. Mark and Brian were brilliant. All unpacked, laid out and packaging removed in under 30 minutes.”

“We were so grateful and impressed with the delivery team Craig O and Dave H. We live on the side of a hill in the country. Access to the house for the lorry was difficult and the drivers had to carry the heavy chairs and huge table glass up many steps and around corners. Although It was incredibly difficult and physically very demanding they were so helpful and friendly. They assembled the dining set very efficiently and ensured we were happy with everything. There was a dirty patch on one of the seat cushions which they photographed and recorded and reported telling us to contact Moda as well. They cleared away all the packaging and made sure they left the area clean and tidy. They definitely went the extra mile. Thank you so much Craig and Dave. “Very pleased with the furniture. Delivery guys Mark and Brian were excellent. Lovely guys and very quick. Slight issue with damage to one of the pieces, still waiting on Moda to resolve this.”

“This was definitely the right choice of garden furniture for us. It is so functional, comfortable and robust. The delivery drivers today Pete and Paul were really friendly and helpful. Everything was sorted efficiently and without incident or fuss and all packaging was removed immediately. Thank-you.”

“Ordered an arc 8 set. Fantastic quality and great service from the Caterham showroom. Paid for the premium delivery and set up which was well worth it. Dave and Craig were great and it was no hassle. Would recommend.”

“Great customer service. Very helpful on every occasion I’ve bought items from Moda. The quality of the furniture is high. Leon and Nyle were very good at keeping in touch about delivery. They worked hard to set up the furniture and clear everything away before they left.”

“Pete & Paul delivered my furniture today and were excellent. If only the sales staff in Caterham were as good as your delivery staff. Great customer service from both Pete & Paul. “Finding what we wanted was easy with no pushy sales people, very fast (3days) and convenient delivery, the guys Leon and Colin delivered the items swiftly and efficiently to where I wanted them placing, ensuring all items were in place and counted for. Great service by Moda and also the delivery guys massive thanks to them Leon and Colin Thank you”

“Excellent delivery service by Mark and Brian . Today Wednesday 25/08/21 we had part our Halo 1K garden furniture order delivered which looks very nice . I must say that from the moment Mark and Brian turned up they were very polite and professional and genuinely nothing was to much trouble . They checked with us where we wanted our furniture placed and it was done so smoothly and I can only say probably the best delivery service we have had since we have moved and we have had some terrible ones. They also ran through the furniture care and warranty with us. I couldn’t recommend these gents enough and thank you for making it a very pleasant experience. When my wife purchased the furniture I was not present , she told me how helpful and professional the staff at the Moda Caterham branch were and how easy and smoothly the order procedure was . Also the customer services have been super helpful and very informative . We look forward to receiving the rest of our order soon , again thank you to Mark and Brian, it was nice to see people taking pride in there job and company.”
