“Leon and Nyle delivered furniture out of Modas clearance centre amd were absolutely fantastic and big credit also to Gary and Matt in the warehouse it was a great experience all round. Thanks Moda”

“Cant fault the customer service, my friend recommended Moda and I haven't been disappointed. Kept fully update and offered split deliveries when items not in stock and fully informed of delivery dates and timings on the day. Andy & Ryan who delivered the sofas were friendly professional and helpful despite the long journey down to Plymouth. Sofas are super comfy and look awesome in our new seating area, will look forward to the rest of the delivery soon.”

“I brought my furniture 6 years ago and when it had a defect, I was initially upset and thought I’d have to buy a new set. But little did I know it came with a 7 year warranty. The customer service team contacted me, arranged for a full replacement of unit. Kept me updated of delivery times and today Louis & Anthony came and set up everything and took the old set away. They were not phased by the poor access or delivery restrictions and were very polite, professional and cleaned everything away. Would highly recommend Moda for their warranty alone. Rare for furniture which is open to the elements and weather. Very happy customer”
