“Ordered on 8 march ... delivery expected 11-14 March. Called customer service on 19 march was asked to wait As they don't know how long and blaming delivery company!!! Wanted to cancel the order was told they cant only after delivery can I return the items !!! What if the items lost during delivery ?? And the delivery also dnt know when it’s expected??? Very poor customer service ... not shopping with them ever again”

“I place an order with this company AND I spend about $200 dollars. They use FedEx to ship their stuff and FedEx loses the package now neither Modanisa or FedEx want to take responsibility for my loss. I have been waiting for Modanisa for almost 3 months now with no answer. Customer service can not help you!!! all they do is said i will open another case!!! ridiculous!!!! I DONT RECOMMENDED THIS STORE TO ANYONE.”

“My order was very easy to track and arrived extremely quickly. I loved everything! The fit ran just a little bit small, but I often face this problem when I shop, so I know it's me. (I can, however, zip up both trousers and move around easily and get up and down with my kids.) All the items were lovely! Best of all, they sent me a free hijab; I was worrying that I would just get a random color that doesn't suit me at all, but they sent me a black one which I had been needing anyway and completely matched the black and neutral colors of my order. I'm thrilled with this experience and plan to order again in shaa Allah.”

“Extremely disappointed with there service and products. They send me a different color and also the size mentioned was way off. And if you had to do return then you still have to pay 13 dollars to return when the product is lesser than that price. I will never do business with them again.”

“I have ordered from this Company on three different occasion and each time there was an issue which is yet to be corrected. The price is good but it’s not worth the hassle of the mistakes they make with size shape and quality. Pay the extra guys and go elsewhere”

“I would never order from Modanisa.com. first the material was not what I expected it was of low quality for the high price and also the color does not match the picture at all. Also they give free shipping but when you return the item because of issues they charge a very high shipping price and don't even refund the rest of the full amount after taking the shipping money. I feel highly disappointed and dissatisfied”

“TOTAL SCAM... They use fake pictures and deliver garbage!!! I ordered a few items from Modanisa, the products on their website looked elegant and of high quality, so I placed an order of 12 items. When I received the package on the 1st of March, 2020 I was shocked to see how cheap and ugly items they sent me... some of the items (lipstick) arrived with an expired date and with totally different color. Bags look horrible with very cheap quality, different size and shape (so small, not even good for a kid to play with) and also wrinkled as they didn't bother to pack it in a proper way. One of the bags' material is very thin and looks exactly like the material used in the garbage bags!!! I also ordered a cardigan small size, but the one I received can't be small in any way, and there is a label on it says that it is S-M size, the label is half torn and looks like someone just poorly sewed it to make buyers think it is small size!! I also ordered some shoes, same thing poor quality, not as much bad as the bags, but still far away from the posted photos of them, boots have glue on it making it look with more low quality, and a high heel one has an M sign on it, which I though referred to certain brand, but the one I received is just a cheap copy of it so no sign on it or whatsoever. I only received two items that are considered ok, but not WOW: a wallet which came of ok quality but with a slightly different color, and a pants which is also of good quality but came in different size! I ordered 38 and received 40. I paid USD 125 after they offered me %35 discount for my first order, but honestly I feel like a fool, and that they robbed me, because the items I received are so embarrassing to wear and don't worth %10 of the amount I paid!! My advice: stay away from this scam website, they will steal your money and you won't be able to get it back. Would love to share some photos of the items I received so you can judge yourself, but this website doesn't support photos uploading :(”

“I placed quite big order with modanisa on 6th of January, and received my order on 11th January, then I returned few items on 14th of January valued around £170,. I received few emails and texts on 20th, 21st and 24th January, that I have been fully refunded. which was totally lie. I still never received my refund till to date of 1st March. please have some dignity, and refund my money. This is ridiculous”

“I cannot share my disappointment enough with the service that Modanisa provides. I will never order from them again and want others to know that. I first ordered goods worth 106 pounds in October and did not receive my order for over a month. After chasing them several times and not getting much help over the phone, I finally spoke to someone who said that they would compensate me for my troubles. I received my refund after all that hassle with no compensation. After thinking that this might have been a streak of bad luck, I decided to place an order again (not a small amount)..i ordered goods worth157pounds on the 18th of December and have still not received my parcel. This is the second time! it is a joke of a service. I have called many times and emailed them. The staff are really rude and unhelpful over the phone. After all the time and effort that I have wasted not getting my delivery a second time!- they have the nerve to now ask me to fill out a form so that i can get a refund! And to top it all off, the form that they sent me was in german! I am appalled at this service and do not understand how people order from Modanisa! I have asked many times to speak to a manager and every time I get a dismissive tone from the staff! As of now, my issue is still not settled and I have not received my refund, my parcel and compensation for all inconvenience caused. I hope that people learn from this and do not order from modanisa again!!!”
