They have amazing prices and deliver quicker than most stores in the US.The dresses are true to size and exactly as shown in the pictures.love it!!!!

I ordered 6 dresses for the first time buying from this company. all were the same size however 2 of them were too tight, 2 perfect fit and 2 slightly long, the fabric is absolutely lovely on all of them easy iron or no iron so that's brilliant, luckily I managed to sell the 2 that were too tight and can take the 2 long ones up otherwise to send them back would have worked out very expensive. overall a good buy, looking now to buy some more, you have to get a couple of sizes bigger than your UK sizes. Im happy with my order.

They mad many errors in my two orders and when I wanted for them to give me free shipping they refused. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If you're making an error then you have to pay for the shipping. And each shipping costs more than $12 so they wanted me to pay more than $25 for me to return the items that they mad errors on. I hate it and will never buy again.

Disgusting experience. They substituted multiple of my items without asking and they want me to pay for the return fees. I am not glad at all. I asked for a BEIGE item, but they sent me the PINK version of it. They changed the quality of all the items and made every item cheaper, but the price is very expensive. DO NOT BUY. I asked for them to pay my return fees and they have ignored me and said they couldn't do anything and they said we will reply back, but a week has passed and they still haven't.

Scam, fraud. Took money and did not deliver my clothes. They won't answer emails or calls to even TELL me about my order! Using religion as a tool of manipulation.

The site was saying delivery before eid and I ordered some of the hijabs and accessories but now they are saying sorry we are unable to load your package. Very disappointing

I received my order, and they gave me one sleeve that has no hole to put the button in, I can’t wear it because it shows my whole arm. I contacted customer service, they refused to refund me the money, and they didn’t give me a free return. They told me to return it and I must pay the shipping. This was surprising to me because it’s their problem. If there is a problem in the item, the company should either refund or at least fix the problem. I will never buy anything from them Again. Very bad website.

I recently ordered a dress for eid which came in time and in good quality I will definitely be buying from them again. Delivery time is pretty quick 4-5 business days.

80%of the product delivered was faulty. Customer service is incompetent. It has been more than 6 weeks and they have NOT yet fully issued refund of the faulty product and shipping costs. Customer service is almost non existent, keep sending copy pasted emails.

I used to be a loyal customer and the quality was pretty good that I actually started to recommend modanisa to my friends here in the US, till I made an order that’s worth 165$ and I didn’t receive it since November 2019, I contacted them via email ALOT then I started to call them all the responses I’m getting is we are gonna contact the courier service and they never got back to me. This is called robbery to pay 165$ for something that I didn’t even get. And I made it clear more than once with the customer service representatives that I’m really mad and I’m not gonna let it go in case they are counting on that but guess what they ignored me

Don't make returns, they keep their items and your money, they will tell you we paid shipping with it!!!!! They don't give real return shipping price in returns policy

This is my first time to order from Modanisa and I absolutely loved it ! I ordered shawls and bonnets , I was a little hesitant if the colors and quality will turn out good but it exceeded my expectations and looked exactly like the pictures shown. I will definitely order from here again. Also , I would like to mention I was a little disappointed by the aramex guy as he gave me the package without wearing gloves or mask. I think it was careless specially during these times and they ought to be as careful as possible.

I ordered few shawls and bonnets , totally loved it , each of them was exactly like the picture . Delivery was smooth too. This was my first time and it was amazing experience . I am sure going to order again from here soon. Just was a little disappointed by the aramex man who came to give the package, he wasn’t wearing gloves or mask!

I had ordered 4 bags. I am happy with 3 of them , but the 4th bag which is claimed as BHPC, has got a rough handle by which my hands got hurt several times. I wanted t return it, but I am asked to pay the shipment fees which is double the amount of the bag. This is an issue with the product and still I am not able to return it because I am asked to pay . If the product has an issue you should have some way out to return it rather than making the customer to lose the money. In this case I am compelled to keep an item which I didnt like because if I return i will lose a good amount.
