“I worked with Sean Kerin during the sales process and Vika Samoylov on the design of two new portable tradeshow booths. The entire process was smooth, and MODdisplays went above and beyond to accomodate our design revisions, hit our deadlines, and produce a product that we are excited to show off at our next tradeshow. Thank you to everyone involved. I would recommend MODdisplays to other companies looking to purchase new booths.”

“We have made several purchases from MODdisplays in the past, but unfortunately we were less satisfied with our most recent order. Some items were damaged upon delivery, and other pieces were missing. Our sales representative corrected the issues, however it seems that some attention to quality control is needed.”

“Our display came on time and our graphics look amazing - we even ordered two and couldn't tell the difference between the two. All the staff are representatives were very communicative and provided quick response times to emails. We were provided with an invoice as we didn't want to pay online and everything was accommodated easily! Our colours were matched perfectly to our pantene colours and CMYK values. Everything is super easy to put up and we got our display up in 10 minutes!”

“Overall, I was very pleased with the service and product received from MOD displays. The entire process went very smooth. Sales rep Kelly Feller was very helpful and polite over the phone. Communications were very thorough through the entire process from estimates, to file reciept, proofing, final approvals and up to billing. I was very surprised and pleased to even receive product assembly instructions to pass along to the client for their display. The only time I felt there was a drop in communication, was after the proof was approved and I did receive a link to pay the bill, but it wasn't clear to me that this had to be done before production would proceed. But again, a lot of great communication the rest of the way through the job. Thank you!!”

“Love my Sales Rep, Kelly Feller. Always on top of my quotes, production timelines and proofs of delivery once my projects ship. Great production team as well as they always ask questions if something doesn't look right to them. They don't just proceed.”

“I am blown away with the high level of service and extremely quick turnaround. I placed my order for a 10ft serpentine display on a Friday and had my display in hand within one week! I highly recommend them and will be ordering more!”
