“First class product with very neat design. Had to buy a separate underlay to stop it from slipping on tiled floor. Delivery took longer than anticipated. Seller only keeps a % of items in stock and our order had to be delivered from the Continent. However, no delivery charge.”

“The rug was too small and not great quality so I wanted to send it back but no free returns or even exchanges so am not stuck with a rug I can’t use (sending back cost nearly the same as the actual rug.). Such disappointing customer service and so out of kilter with the levels of customer service of their competitors.”

“i sent 2 rugs back too witch they said 1 was marked i only had the rugs down for about 3 hours so i don't know how they got marked but they wouldn't except this so wouldn't give me a refund for 1 of the rugs bad customer service”
