“The quality of the rug is very good. However the rug has been ruined by the person who rolled it up. It has been rolled the wrong way and a cardboard tube should have been used to wrap the rug around. It was rolled so tight it will not lay flat. There are marks/ripples all along the rug - see photos. I thought they might disappear after two weeks but they are there to stay! If your only business is selling rugs how do you not know how to pack and deliver them?”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. We roll our rugs up tightly and package them in plastic to protect them during transit. With some types of rugs, this can cause temporary creases or pile pressure parks. This is nothing to worry about and the rug should settle in the first few weeks. This is similar for example to when you by a new shirt or a pair of curtains which will be creased when you first take it out of the wrapping; but whereas these items can be ironed flat very quickly rugs take a little longer. “I am very happy with the rug and it is of good quality at a competitive price. The colour and pattern are true to the website picture. Friends and family have complimented the rug and would buy from this company. Initially the wrong colour was sent however the company quickly sent a replacement. Would recommend to others.”

“I ordered over the phone as I wanted to see if they would price match and they were more than happy to once I had sent a link showing where I could get the rug cheaper. They also applied an extra discount which was a nice gesture. I did ask, as I was ordering numerous days ahead, if I could have the rug delivered on the Monday as I would be at home and I was assured I could but, alas, received notification that it was going to be delivered on the Friday so I had to change delivery address and go and collect from elsewhere. There was an error on the address line too but as it was to be delivered elsewhere this didn't create a problem. The rug is meant to be terracotta and beige but in fact it seems to be grey so I did consider returning it but because the rug was a lovely quality and really good value for money I decided to keep it. The ordering process was easy and fast, the staff on the end of emails/phone were very helpful and I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again. Very pleased.”
