“Placed order May 21....tracked from China to US customs on LA, then to "carrier facility" a few days ago. Now the tracking service wants a credit card to charge refundable $1 to chat with me. Feeling foolish. Hope my VISA will allow me to stop this transaction.”
“They are scammers and they need to be closed. My product was coming in the mail but it got seized with usps cause it had counterfeit postage so customs took it. They resent the product and it came. Didn't fit and taking forever to credit my bank account. Reported them and they told me they will refund me my money if I don't report them anymore. Crazy.... 2nd item returned also and just sitting at their post office... very dishonest and unethical”

Then I exchanged an item that I then didn’t want the exchanged item and they told me because I exchanged it I could couldn’t get my money back!!! What?!?! So if I had just returned the first one and reordered the second one THEN I could return it?? That makes no sense. Then when I complained they said if I left a five star review on the item I didn’t want THEN they would consider taking the return!! That’s insane! Shut this place down!!”
“I exchanged a bathing suit that was too big even though I went by their measurements for a smaller size which was also way too big. They then told me I couldn’t do a return because I already exchanged it so I got screwed out of my money. No where in their conditions does it say that an exchange takes the place of a return. It just says you can do an exchange or return within 30 days. They are stealing money from people”

“I placed an order for 3 items and had to return one because it didn't fit properly. Asked if there was anything else and I said it also had a bad smell. They are now saying that I can't receive a refund because it's not a legitimate complaint. They keep making up stories as I keep asking for a refund such as the item was worn and soiled. It was not. I sent it back the very next day. I also did not care for the quality of anything I bought. I still have not received my refund. I would not buy anything from this company. It being run by outright liars.”
“Horrible Chinese junk. Took 1 1/2 months to receive a bathing suit. Bathing suit was cheap material and terribly to big, looked nothing like the pictures, to return it they charge you for shipping label of $9.00 then had to buy an envelope to send it back. I will never ever buy from this BS company again. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Trust me it’s junk.”

So I decided to check out customer reviews (not on their web page of course) and I am not surprised at the number of negative reviews. “Buyer beware! I ordered 3 bathing suits from Modlily and it took forever to get here. Once I received them, I did not like them and returned them immediately. Well I am still fighting to get my refund, they asked me if I wanted a store credit and I said no because I am never buying from them again. I wanted it refunded to my credit card, so they gave me a store credit anyway! Now two weeks later I am still fighting them to change it. Worst company to deal with, can not talk to a real person, either email, Facebook or chat. Better off ordering from Amazon, at least they have good customer service.”
“I made two separate orders 6 weeks ago. They said they would arrive e within 7-15 days, after 4 weeks and many inquiries they admitted the orders were lost. They said they would resend and after two weeks and many inquiries, also lost. They said they would credit me 70percent, I disagreed, full 100 percent, They said wait for money back usually 25 days. Waiting but seriously doubt they’ll comply. We need to stop ordering from this company..and they have different names for the same company. China is not our friend.”
“Do not order from this company! Placed an order on 5/13/24, payment processed within seconds... Kept asking about the shipping and tried to cancel many times. I was told over and over "don't worry, I will rush the shipping". Finally on 6/1/24 I received a shipping notification but the package sat in Jamaica, NY until 6/10/24. Now it says my package will arrive on 6/14/24. I know when I get it the product will be of the poorest quality.”

“On 5/3/24 I ordered swimsuits from this company. I had been seeing their ads on Facebook for the past 3 years and finally decided to give them a try. Last week I finally saw the tracking said they were delivered. To who???? Not me for sure. When I sent an email they responded quickly and said they will resend and should receive it in 7-15 days. I know I'm stupid for believing but I will give them that time. Buyer beware, I should have read the reviews first. And shame on Facebook for allowing them to scam people.”
