Also, they want to keep the monies within the balance so you will buy more. I have got PayPal involved. Also, there is no follow up on exchanges if any money is needed to pay difference. I am Totally disagree with your answer. If you have to buy a dress to wash it because someone used it and left me with sweat marks, your page should communicate that the clothes probably do not arrive in good condition and the client has to assume the expense of washing or repairing it if they want to use it. For me, this is a deception in the sale and the answer given by you is very disappointing.

“I had to return my whole order. Swimsuit top is totally not true to size. Ordered a large and looks like a small. Refund was processed and I am still fighting for my refund. It was already approved and processed about 14 days ago and keep getting the run around. Will never order again!”
