Products were too small. Label in tach t not worn because I couldn’t get them over my head. I had a choice to return them to the USA or UK. Paid a shipping fee. No return label was issues. Once they received the product a refund would be issued. Only to be notified today that the product smelled which is false as it did not leave my home that way. And no refund would be issues. Now I paid full price for the product, paid a rerun shipping fee and receives nothing”
“Shipping takes forever. Items were not true to size and returned. Refund took forever and because they mistakenly insisted that they, rather than I, paid for return shipping, they took another $10 off my return. Will never use them again.”
“My order was never delivered to my house. The original order indicated it was delivered but I never received it. I emailed Customer Service and did receive a response. They apologized and would ship the same oder again. I accepted the offer. A few days later, I requested a tracking # for the shipment. In 9 days, it again stated it had delivered but I did not receive it. I emailed Customer Service again and requested a refund. Mobility only offered to refund 70% because the courier said it was delivered to my address. I will NEVER order from Modlily again. No photos because I have no product and out 30% of the cost of my order.”
“I apologize for even giving this company one star!! I made several purchases that have been good, but when I placed an order totaling $180.00. It all went downhill! I only received 4 items out of 6. 2 of the items that I received didn’t fit so I returned them using their website! I’ve been waiting for a month and just keep getting the run around! You can only message them, then they send me an email stating I’ll get a refund in 2 days. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing! They said they would give me a credit! This company sucks so now I’ve got 2 shirts when I was supposed to get 3 and 2 bathing suits I’ve never received and they will give me a credit! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Most money I’ve ever spent for just 2 shirts $180.00!!!

“Worst company to work with. They don’t send all of the products you order. When I contacted them several times they said they would resolve it but never did. When I returned items they just gave me store credit, and when I told them I didn’t want store credit they wouldn’t refund my full amount to my card. The way they resolve issues is by putting you off and asking you to contact them another day. Buyers beware!!!! I will never ship with this company again”

“This company is a scam and dishonest in trying to get a refund back. First of all I got notified that my product I bought was seized from uspo customs for counterfeit postage. They proceeded to send another. It was delivered. Didn't fit. Sent it back and was waiting for refund. Said they could only give store credit. Contacted them. Said okay will put a ticket in for refund. Waited and waited. Contacted again put new ticket.... nothing was showing a refund attempt. Decided to dispute them with paypal. When they found that out... they said if you close your dispute with us we will give you a refund. Didn't and had to wait to see how paypal would settle this. I am in process of now getting refund from PayPal but say 15.00 short and a lesson to learn. Meantime I also was disputing another purchase during the same time. Had t2 disputes open. Sent package back and it sat at po for 2 1/2 weeks. Paypal checked on it and all of a sudden I got a message from them stating it had a strange smell can't refund. What a bunch of lies and crooks. Also I did get a refund but again a little less. They need to be put out of business. Beware.”

I had to pay to return them and i am told im getting about 20% less than i originally paid because they have been "discounted" now. I will never purchase from this company. “I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order for 5 items. Received in 2 shipments, and returned all items in 2 shipments. Plus had to pay for the shipping labels. They sent me an email stating the first return would be refunded to my card in 10 working days. I waited 15 working days and still no refund from them. I spent too much time having several (6+) chats with CS asking for a refund for the second return. They said they submitted the request saying I would get an email in 24 hours (lies each time!) Never received an email or refund. I am out $100 that they won't refund. Cust. Service is horrible, chats only, and no phone # to talk with someone. Horrible experience, product is not quality.”
