What actually happened? I got my shipment sooner than expected, and all the items were true to size.
I am very satisfied with this company.
now to be fair I haven't worn the suits in chlorine yet and I don't know how durable they are but with all that being said shipment was prompt, quality was good, size ran true.
I will be ordering from them again”

“Bought three swimsuits for a cruise. Received them in a timely manner. When I opened up the packages, the swimsuits were horrible. The first swimsuit was no where near the color I chose. Not even close. The print on the swimsuit top was also cheaply printed and smeared into the white stripes. The second swimsuit top was not even hemmed and was longer then the swim suit bottom. It was comical! I didn't even bother looking at the third swimsuit as the other two were so poorly made. I will not ever purchase from this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone. STAY AWAY!! The pictures of the swimsuits are not at all what you get!!”
“I have had two problems while dealing with Modlily. The first one they would not let me return an item past 7 days. The second problem was just the other day. I ordered some items, one of them stating it was a preorder. Apparently on their preorder items if they don’t get enough people to order the item they cancel the orders and refund you, but they don’t refund you the cash that you paid, they refund you with a store credit. I don’t want a store credit, I want my money returned if they cannot provide the item. It’s crazy.”
“My order never arrived. I requested a refund. I have been for waiting months. When I email, I get automated responses only, stating refunds take 15-25 business days and they will monitor the situation. They are simply thieves.”
“This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bathing suit paid for expedited guaranteed shipping to get my order in time for a trip. Delivery date came and went with no order. Reached out to modlily to find out what was going on and got no help whatsoever. Told them to cancel the order but because it shipped they wouldn't and they have no idea when I will receive my order. Can't cancel or get a refund because I have nothing to return. This place is a scam!!!”
