“Second shipment shipped 8/5 and as 8/27 I still do not have my order. Can't get customer service to respond to me. I have requested a refund for these items several times but nothing!! I will not buy from them again and don't recommend them to anyone.”
“I ordered 4 the shirts. Never received the order, contacted the company. and was told they did not receive the money. My bank said it was sent. I disputed the charge . the bank did a charge back pending order. Then modlily sent two very ugly cheep shirts (not any from my order) but was able to use that tracking number to show my bank that they sent the order. My bank payed them because they had the tracking number. It was all underhanded. Will not order from them again.”
“This company is disgraceful! I paid an extra $30 to have my goods shipped quickly and it still has not arrived after almost a month. The latest email I received has told me to go and pick the goods up myself. I would do that if there was not a 4500klm distance. I returned their miss sized product at my cost !! And they are deducting all their “fees” and shipping costs when I got the order! BEWARE of this company!!! They are not reputable”

I am Totally disagree with your answer. If you have to buy a dress to wash it because someone used it and left me with sweat marks, your page should communicate that the clothes probably do not arrive in good condition and the client has to assume the expense of washing or repairing it if they want to use it. For me, this is a deception in the sale and the answer given by you is very disappointing.

“I had to return my whole order. Swimsuit top is totally not true to size. Ordered a large and looks like a small. Refund was processed and I am still fighting for my refund. It was already approved and processed about 14 days ago and keep getting the run around. Will never order again!”

“The material is cheap. After it’s washed and dried the fabric sticks together causing unnecessary wrinkles even if you get it right from the dryer and hang it. No amount of fabric softener or dryer sheets or even line drying helps. No, it’s not static”
