“I only giving this company 1 star because I have to. If it was up to me, it would have no stars. I ordered bathing suits over a month ago for my vacation and guess what? My vacation came and went, and I still never got them!! I am so disappointed!! I will NEVER deal with this sorry ass company again!!!!”

They sent me something I didn’t order after waiting weeks for my correct order to arrive. I never received what I did order. No returns allowed of course. I reported them to the BBB where Modlily is not accredited and has a C rating.
My advice is not to shop there.”
“The items I ordered were very poor quality and didn't fit. The items looked great on line. I went to return items to learn that one item (swim shoes) was not returnable. I might note they were so cheaply made Dollar Store shoes are superior. I returned the items to then learn shipping was not refundable and they issued a Modily credit. Based on my experience I have no interest in a credit and want a refund. I would not recommend this company.”
“I ordered 5 items in stock it keeps saying 1st package with 2 items are in Jamaica NY not yet shipped since June 27th other package still processing it's been 3 weeks and still nothing..but they was very fast to take my money off my card.i have done live chat 3 times and everytime it's the same thing I make sure its urgent shipment still the same thing NOTHING I spent 147.00 us dollars..I want a refund.i ordered from temu 5 days after and it will be here by July 11th and all in 1 package

“I dont even want to give them a star at all. Ordered several swimsuits around first of June, received 2 of them June 17. The others are "still in processing" status I did a live chat to just cancel them since they haven't shipped as I would no longer be needing them, my vacation has come & gone (thanks to Amazon I was able to get swimsuits quickly). The 1st two times I reached asking for a refund since they haven't shipped yet, they refused to refund and told me they would be shipping in 1-3 business days. Two weeks later I reached out cause they are still in processing, ask again to cancel my order, and they refused, said they would be shipping in 1-3 business days. Yesterday I was finally told I they would cancel, refund my original payment and follow up with an email of our live chat conversation (and they did) BUT, in the email I was told ONCE AGAIN

The thing is I got two already and they need to be returned I got a week left before the 30 day refund policy cutoff, so they are going to charge me 10.99 to return these two and then another 10.99 to return the other two when they get here. Total ripoff!! I shouldn't be responsible for paying shipping twice. When the delay is on their end and they won't just cancel the items.”

She advised the order was canceled and I’d receive an email within 24 hours. I never received an email, merchandise or my refund. Do Not Purchase from this company!”

Contacted them X3 for order # and put in "ticket" per their help site. Completely ignored by them. After 3rd try my email was removed from their site, saying no such email exist!!!!
