“Hassle free solution. Slightly more expensive than hiring a cleaner myself but they do a really thorough job, are in and out in no time and I can easily increase or decrease my hours depending on the depth of clean needed. The most straightforward solution I have come across.”

“Very happy with Molly Maid, reliable and consistent, and on the extremely few occasions anything has been missed, the team have always taken the feedback and rectified on the next visit. Super flexible with holidays etc. And a lovely friendly team. Many thanks.”

“Very often things are missed which should be obvious to clean or throw away in the rubbish. More attention to detail needed, instead of having to state the obvious. I get the impression that the maids are expected to work within a specific time framed, which means they are not able to do as good a clean as they should. The service is very expensive and this needs to be reflected in the quality of the cleaning.”

“Service is very good. It would be great though if I could know the time that the ladies will be at the house - it used to be 10.45 but gradually became earlier and earlier until recently was 10.15. And, then, suddenly, last week was midday or after. I can plan my day much better and ensure the house is ready if I know what time they will arrive. :-)”

“Both Mellissa and Jane are fantastic the house always looks great when they leave and they are brilliant with our 3 dogs when they are at the house. Would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“The job is done efficiently and reliably and the staff are pleasant and friendly. It is good that they bring their own materials and equipment as this takes even that responsibility off me. I know we can trust them. Occasionally we have staff who have not been to the house before and seem unsure but this can be quickly resolved provided that I'm there. Name badges would help me remember them.”

“Several members of my family use Molly Maid based in Knutsford. We always receive a first class professional service. The staff were so kind and caring with my wonders with the rest of our homes, we truly wouldn't be without them.”

“Helpful staff who in the main are very good and are prepared to go the extra distance to make a difference. Security appears good in that staff can be trusted to visit my house without concern on my part. Good luck molly maids and I look forward to keeping you on board for the next few years.”

“Molly Maid has cleaned our house for nearly four years. They come and do the work in an efficient manner, they get on with the job in a quiet, friendly and no nonsense way. No time is wasted. The house looks well cleaned when they leave. We have no complaints. The cleaning is followed by a spot check at intervals on a regular basis.”

“When I'm, rarely, in the house at the time of the clean the staff always seek to clarify what rooms need to be done, and when I'm not there quite often the service that is carried out contains variations on what is done e.g. are bathroom floors cleaned are the stairs vacc'd etc? It would be good if the staff were clear on what the service should be. Also, the clean I get, although fine, is not what was implied at the initial visit which suggested that cupboard doors, pelmets, dresser etc would all be done. It was frankly embarrassing to have the assessment of how dusty my cupboard tops were at the time of the original visit, and this is just irritating in retrospect, given that those areas are never cleaned by MM staff! Having said that, the quality of clean is generally good, the staff are friendly, reliable and trustworthy and with only a couple of exceptions, the service has taken place on the date expected.”

“Regina always emails to confirm when Molly Maid Ladies will be cleaning my home. I have delicate glass objects and they are extremely careful with these treasures. They are very friendly with my dog and I enjoy having them in my home. Excellent.”
