Emily and Claire were delightfully friendly and considerate. They were also super-efficient and, based on how well they cleaned the house, I should have rated them "very good" instead of just "good". However, as they have so far been only twice I prefer to reserve judgement until they have been a few more times. I was amazed at how much they seemed to achieve in the time.

The 2 ladies who come to clean are friendly and work quickly and efficiently. The house is cleaned to a very good standard and we are very pleased with Molly Maid service.

The house felt cleaned and ordered when I returned from work. I didn't need to spend time putting things back in the right place.

First bi-weekly clean on 2nd December the following things were missed: - Cobwebs in both en-suite bathrooms - Both en-suites - neither toilet had been bleached or scrubbed - Main en-suite - sink was wiped, not cleaned as could still see toothpaste marks. Mirror had not been cleaned. Floor tiles had been wiped with a wet cloth but not cleaned. Was still dust around and tiles stained with smeary water marks. Tiles in shower had been wiped over not cleaned, was still shampoo stuck on the tiles. Top of shower head not been cleaned (covered in dust). - Both bedrooms and upstairs landing - the skirting boards had not been dusted neither had any of the bedside tables or window sills. - Downstairs wooden flooring had not been hovered in: hall, dining room, kitchen, study or downstairs w/c

Overall I was happy. However, the ensuite bathroom floor has not been cleaned.

Excellent and done whilst away. I came back to a clean kitchen and would recommend local molly maid.

Very good in all respects except that I had my kitchen deep cleaned last month and the cleaner did not put the things back in the cupboards anything like where they'd come from! As you may imagine this was tedious in the extreme. The cleaner also failed to clean the tops of the wall units which were still very greasy and dusty - one of the main reasons for having a deep clean!

Despite very specific complaints following our first clean, and assurance that these would be rectified during the second clean, this was not done. A huge cost for unacceptably poor service.

Our worry is that the cleaning time estimated by your agent was two hours. In fact, it takes the ladies nabout 65 minutes. £65 then seems expensive for an hour's work. Ian Parry
