“I ordered two of the bath robes for overnight delivery, these were a birthday present. The order was placed over a week prior to the birthday to ensure arrival. However, two weeks after the order was placed the robes have still not arrived. This is very disappointing, as their tracking app says the robes have not even shipped. I have attempted to reach out to Monarch to ask about the status of the robes, but they have not responded.”

Unfortunately, as stated on our site and on all of our confirmations, personalized orders take between 7 to 10 business days to ship. Even if you chose next day air, it still takes 7 to 10 business days to embroider the item and then it will ship out next day. So if you place your order on a Friday for instance, it will not ship for at least 11 days (7 businees days and 4 non business days)
“Not happy. Ordered 4 robes as a Christmas gifts. 2 weeks pass and the recipient lets me know they never got anything. I tried looking for a shipping email or notice, but had nothing besides the original confirmation email which let me know they received the order and would begin packaging it. I called the company and the gentlemen speaking to me said they cancelled the order because there was a missing “style” for a robe customization. So I never got any notification about them cancelling my order, or even trying to reach out and say “hey, we just need this piece of information and we will have your order on the way!” Terrible service. When I asked if there was anything I could do, the gentlemen said to just reorder but not until after the New Year because they will be closed. Really upset and won’t be ordering from again.”
“My simple return request has not been acknowledged after phone, email, and website return requests were completed multiple times. Does not even come close to amounting to any level of customer service- non existent”
“I have been trying to contact the company to return my robe. I filled out the online return form and left two voicemails. Nobody has gotten back to me. The robe is very rough and scratchy. Not sift at all, as the listing describes.”
“Customer has waited several weeks and never received any product. Customer sent several emails and never got response. Customer tried calling and their voicemail is full and cannot take messages. Customer has no money and no product and no contact. Would not trust this site whatsoever”
“Woman's robe stated 1 size fits all. They must have meant all women who weigh over 300 lbs and are at least 6 feet tall. Had to return it and was charged a restocking fee even thought the robe was clearly not at all as advertised. Would not do business with them again. Expensive (I was willing to pay for quality bit not this!) and poor customer service policy.”
