“The robe itself is so plush and durable! It will definitely last a long time and is very comfortable. My only hesitation with giving a five-star rating is that the monogramming is of a lesser quality than I was expecting. It's still good, it just looks like it might have been a bit of a rushed job. Overall, great product and great customer service.”

“Purchased monogram robes for Christmas. Received fairly fast for personalized items. Monogram work is pretty. Not Monarch fault but I purchased the wrong robe so I'm a little bummed because you can't returm personalized items. So make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing.”

“I ordered two monogrammed robes. I received one and had no notification of the status of the second. Upon contacting Monarch, the rep assured me that there had been some problem with obtaining that particular robe and that it would be expedited. It shipped that day and arrived a few days later. Although I had to call to check on the balance of my order, it was taken care of courteously and quickly.”
“The order arrived 5 days late. I finally called 4 days after it was supposed to have arrived and found out it hadn’t left the warehouse yet. The customer service rep that I talked to was awesome though, he personally went out and picked my order and had it over night shipped to us.”
