“Keeps accurate time. Simple bold face that is easy to read at a glance. It would be nice to have a luminous dot on the hands though.
I bought this mainly for use as a desk clock but it does have the advatage to be used it as a pocket watch.
A side note, It did arrive with a broken chain. Costumer service replaced it within a week. Good customer service.”
“Mondaine is excellent. My wife really loves the watches. The watch she loves isn't manufactured anymore so I have to buy off sorce. However, mondaine have never made the strap style she loves. So I have to buy the black and brown straps. Remove gold buckle on black strap and install on the brown strap. Then install on the watch. Real easy to do it you have the correct tools. But great quality straps!”
“Watch didn’t work and contacted company with a picture of the item and never heard a response. I have purchased 3 watches from them and now during the holidays as they are wanting business with price drops and where’s my response as this watch was a gift. Well I’m just disappointed over this purchase and it didn’t work.”

“I made a purchase on their website. I tried to apply a discount code, but the discount was not applied to the order, and the sale was confirmed. I contacted Mondaine to request the discount be reimbursed, but they refused to do so.”
“I placed an order for a genuine leather watch band as mine had worn out. When I received the order, I did not receive an actual leather band, but instead one of these phony "vegan" leather (AKA pleather, vinyl, etc.) bands. I requested an exchange, however, the genuine leather band was sold out and I had already discarded my worn-out band. Very disappointing that Mondaine seems to only be selling these cheap feeling "vegan" leather bands.”
“Love the items, but unfortunately they are alway sold out. I ordered a watch strap the size I was looking for but, it did not come with the easy slip. When I contacted support, one of the question was if there was something it was supposed to come with other than the strap for attachments and I was immediately issued a refund. I have a gift card but again, items are sold out. And I wanted my refund not a gift card.”
“Horrible customer service and you are not honest with your delivery schedule. It's really a shame because I love the watches but i will not be buying them again.”
