Red clock arrived with A "non sweeping hand" creating a noticeable "tick" sound as it moves.
I reached out to your customer service to advise they sent me the wrong clock. Response was "Mondaine sent me the "older model and there's NO guarantee of getting the newer model.
This is the third clock I've purchased from "Mondaine and first time this has happened, I wish you would update your description on your website. I will be returning the red clock, older model. Please, advise if I can be guaranteed "the newer model in the future. I have the silver clock , apparently newer model with A "sweeping hand. Beautiful clock!”
“Clock is beautiful. Box, with clock inside, was packaged inside a larger box . Outer, larger box was indamaged but inner box with clock looked like it just left an automotive garage with grease marks and opened ends. Thankfully, clock was undamaged.”
“Mondaine is excellent. My wife really loves the watches. The watch she loves isn't manufactured anymore so I have to buy off sorce. However, mondaine have never made the strap style she loves. So I have to buy the black and brown straps. Remove gold buckle on black strap and install on the brown strap. Then install on the watch. Real easy to do it you have the correct tools. But great quality straps!”
