“Awful company,no contact number ,useless online generic form,won’t reply on Instagram or Twitter,item returned on 05/12 and Parcel Force have had their delivery date changed twice by Montirex .son now has gone overdrawn in bank and owe £190 10 days later and nothing .AVOID”

“Coat returned 26/11/2022 for a replacement, now 8th December and despite numerous emails to them I have still not received my son's coat. £190 down the drain, one very upset son as this was his Christmas present that I can't afford to replace. Monterix you should hang your head in shame. I will be contacting trading standards. Do not buy from this company.”

“The sizings of the Tops are very small, the top didn’t fit so I followed the returns policy on the website. Two weeks later I hadn’t been given a refund so I emailed the company to which I haven’t got a reply. There’s no other way of contacting them so completely stuck with no options. Do not buy from this company if you think you’ll need to contact them about any issues”

Shocking when it states on the website dispatch is 1-3 working days. Unless your prepared to wait weeks for delivery and that’s if it arrives at all I would avoid ordering from this company.”

“Ordered shorts and a 1/4 zip top. Both material and fit felt great. The neck was quite loose and overstretched on the 1/4 zip, I like more of a snug fit.
Also the shorts were faulty, after about 5 minutes of wear, the zip split and came apart. Tried to contact the customer service team and never heard back.
Really gutted, because I'd like to order more products but not sure its worth it”

“Awful experience sent the wrong product then they cancelled my order because they didn't want to sell it me at the Sales price instead wanted me to reorder at £179 v £63, with no postage refund or communication. They don't handle complaints either.”
“I’ve ordered twice off Montirex, the clothes are lovely however on both occasions after putting in a student discount code which does register, they charge you the full price after clicking buy!! They don’t respond to emails either & the cost of returning the items comes off your refund!! Really disappointed”
