“AVOID THIS BANKING APP AT ALL COST.. I've only been with monzo for 2 weeks.. i've tried to pay my rent & now account is blocked, i've tryed to contact monzo with the number giving in the email. The options i need aren't listed & so i'm told goodbye only having to redial. Half dozen times & i still cant get through. Nor can i log into the app.There is zero help online either.I've never been late with rent & its extremely distressing to say least. AVOID bank elsewhere!”

“I’ve been scammed. I literally watched the money leave my account last night and couldn’t stop it. Tried calling, chat, email. Last call got cut off after 2 hours of me holding on. Today they have closed my account. That’s not what I want. The scammers took me up to my overdraft limit and Monzo are asking me to pay this back. All I want to do is speak to a human. I’m not going to give up! I’ve tried calling, emailing and chatting.”
