I sent a card to my brother in Canada on 7th Dec still not received it absolutely disgusted with moonpig will never order of them again .

Got shagged by a pop up I obviously missed that cost me £15 a month for two months until I spotted it. Some nonsense discount saving reward scheme I neither asked for or wanted. Moonpig response was pathetic. Never ever ever ever again. Stupid grasping loathsome idiots.

Ordered a birthday card for my nephews 11th birthday. The card finally arrived 18 days after the order date which meant his birthday had passed and I couldn’t give him a card! very embarrassing and disappointing! I understand it’s a busy time of the year but why take orders if you fail to fulfill? Order date:10/12/22 Dispatch date:11/12/22 Delivery received:28/12/22

Disgusting. Paid for 5 Christmas cards December 9th. Only 1,was delivered. It's now December 29th! Unhappy and heartbroken. I live overseas at present. No loved one I needed to get them to in UK got them, despite using my Moonpig UK account. Heartbroken teenage son. Can't get through to them. Ignore me on Twitter. Money wasted, memories stolen. I want a damn refund. Never using them again

Ordered my sons Christmas present weeks before and no delivery despite their Christmas guarantee. Rubbish customer service. A weak apology and the advise to refuse the gift when it is finally delivered.. if it’s delivered. Fantastic! Basically, their Christmas delivery guarantee means NOTHING.

Ordered two cards on 7 Dec , one for wife's 60th birthday on 21st dec and one for wife ( Christmas card ) by 23rd both had not arrived tho messaged Moonpig several times . Nothing . Last time i will ever use this disgusting , ignorant money grabbing company. Vile lying useless firm . , reporting them to trading standards

Placed order on 12th December for card and gift and money promtly taken from my account. Card arrived after 2 attempts, Gift still being processed according to moonpig website. Can't get in touch as the bot thing keeps telling me there is an hours wait and then closes down. THIS COMPANY IS TOTAL RUBBISH. WILL NOT USE AGAIN

They are taking money for orders they cannot fulfil and do not have a functioning customer service department. Ordered cards on 7th December, estimated arrival 10th December. This bears no relevance to Royal Mail strikes. One of the three arrived to another address in the south. My son order one on 12th December, arrived on 16th. Still waiting for my two that are way past my husband’s 50th and son’s 21st milestone birthdays so will go straight to the bin. Moonpig do not respond to emails, I’ve sent over 30. They do not have any other option besides a live chat bot that kicks you off due to inactivity and(believe me I’ve tried) activity. So they charge your card, don’t fulfil your order, ignore attempts to inform them and get a refund. Do not buy from them they are taking money fraudulently and knowingly.

Nothing short of a scam - Conscious of me ordering late before Christmas (20th December) Moonpig were able to promise delivery before Christmas if I ordered flowers with my card. I placed an order for £50, for a £10 card as I just wanted a meaningful card in time for Christmas. I received a flat pack absolute rubbish today which i paid £50 for in order to just receive my £10 card. Within what i can only describe as 'flat pack flowers', which were embarrassing, i then received a note within the flowers to say that 'somehow the card is separated from the gift' which they have clearly known in advance to include the note in with the appalling flowers. They advise on the note that the card has been sent first class royal mail. However, royal mail are on strike 23rd and 24th and will obviously not be delivering on christmas day. Long story short i have paid £50 for moonpig to embarrass me on christmas. Joke of a company and will be posting this on all review sites.

Ordered 2 cards 3,weeks ago which never arrived, order was re sent 4 days ago 24 ht tracked, still not been received. I appreciate Royal Mail are in dispute so why not use another carrier

Completely frustrated by the lack of customer service at Moonpig. Ordered a personalised card on the 4th December still not received! Emailed FOUR times no response! No refund or explanation. Absolutely disgraceful company!

Avoid avoid avoid! Waited in queue of 320 only for a virtual customer service to tell me that had dispatched and would not allow any further discussion. What an absolutely awful way to treat customers

Ordered 4 cards and only 1 of the 4 turned up and I received 2 of that same card. Was supposed to arrive on the 16/12/22, didn't turn up until the 20/12/22 and then enquired about the missing ones where, only to be told they now be here until after Christmas. Also took 2 days to finally be able to get through to them.

Avoid this company! I will never use them again. Took my money on the 1st December, its now the 21st December and still waiting for the cards. No one is responding to the emails. We need to stop using companies like this! Terrible customer service

I ordered a card on the 12th Dec When I logged into my account it said est del 14th Dec Today 21 December I have tried on many occasions to contact moonpig.... No contact number Can't find the chat widget to talk about my issue This is disgusting the way they have no way of you contacting them re talk or automotive chat.. There isn't even any option I can ask for a refund BUYER BEWARE DONT USE TGIS COMPANY

Moonpig took the decision to continue taking orders on 5th December despite knowing that royal mail whom moonpig contract for deliveries were going on strike, the result,missing deliveries disappointed family members & failure by moonpig to fulfil their contract to provide the services paid for. Moonpig response, unable to respond to complaints due to high volume of customer calls & online complaints, but hey moonpig for a premium price can guarantee delivery before Christmas, yeah right, well moonpig you have lost my custom forever, small company mentality by moonpig dogturd company

Ordered 30th birthday card on the 13th said it would be with me by the 16th. Realise there was a postal strike but my husband ordered same card with Thortful on the 15th it arrived today the 19th. Tried to get them but no response by email very poor.

Let’s face it...Moonpig won’t respond..... Ordered a month go......still nothing.....live chat over two hours to then be bumped back to position 1148.......and a comment that over an hour to respond again.....no phone number......this is a farce and the last time I use them.........
