Spent all day scheduling cards for birthdays throughout the year. Created some lovely bespoke cards spent time choosing them and picking a layout. I spent over £60 on cards, 3 cards did not arrive.

Do not use if you need cards in less than a week. My dad will miss out on special 80th birthday cards thanks to these charlatans.

I received some roses that a friend had sent to me because I’ve been poorly. This is only the 2nd day, and already they are wilting. There was supposed to be a card with them, which I still haven’t received! These flowers cost £24 for a dozen, I.e. £2 each, and they’ll be in the bin in a couple of days! Very dissatisfied, and would never order anything from Moonpig!

Really wish I had read these reviews prior to using Moonpig. Ordered a card for my grandsons special birthday in advance. Took time uploading particular photos, writing a special message. Didn't receive card. Customer service response was sorry, blame royal mail!! How come when I use royal mail and stick the flipping stamps on myself it always arrives! Not good enough Moonpig your blaming royalmail for your own shoddy service! There's obviously something not right with the dispatch side of your business, going by these Customers complaints and my own personal experience. As for Customer service it's uncaring inpersonal and just spouts off generic responses without a thought for the individual Customers special occasion. I definitely shan't be using this service again and will advise friends and family to avoid.

Whenever I order a card with a 'gift' i.e. a bottle of wine or a bunch of flowers, yodel is the delivery contractor. They are always late. Sometimes by a day. Sometimes by a couple of days. This is unacceptable and ludicrous from a service that caters for peoples special occasions. Moonpig simply 'fob you off' and say through their chat option..sometime today could be anytime from 7am till 11pm. I was told 'why are you stressed' To which I replied its my 25th wedding anniversary and I dont want the card and flowers delivered a day late. In the end gave up on the obvious millenial idiot. Will not use Moonpig again. And will tell everyone I know not to either.

Paid for next day delivery on a Thursday, still no card on Sunday. Don't spend money with this company

Ordered a birthday card and paid for next day delivery. Recipients birthday was actually 3 days later but it still hasn’t arrived! Will not be using again as the same thing has happened to my son. We both got an email to say the cards had been sent to the wrong Royal Mail DO. Ok so Royal Mails fault but don’t rely on next day delivery if it’s not going to arrive.

Who sends cards in a paper envelope with no warning not to bend the contents? Moonpig do, so you can receive your expensive card bent in half, ripped open and soaking wet. Then their llive chat team will promise a replacement that never turns ups. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

I received a box of half dead broken and crushed flowers. My son had ordered them as a celebration gift for special occasion. The card was missing and I literally thought it was a bad joke as the flowers looked like they should be in the bin. It's upset me and my son. Turns out it wasn't even the flowers he ordered. The box was pristine so it is not damage caused by courier or post service. They looked like someone had ground their feet into them and the flower heads where off the stems in the bottom of the box. They looked like they had been put in the bin after being reduced to 10p in a supermarket and no one buying them. I have asked for a refund. Only the second time I've used Moonpig and first time the card I ordered had loads of random question marks in it that I did not request. They deserve no stars....dreadful service.

Beyond useless, should be 0 star. Placed an order for my 3 year old nephews birthday for a card and gift, it did not arrive, complained to customer services as his Baby brother has passed away recently, they said the item was not in stock, but didn’t even bother to tell me at all! I when they realised the severity of this they agreed to refund me and gave me gift credit also. Reordered and also ordered for my friends birthday a gift and card. Guess what, neither arrived, a glitch in systems or item out of stock or something, no communication, customer service does not care whatsoever. Got another refund and will not use again. If you need a gift with your card DO NOT BOTHER your order will not be sent AT ALL. I don’t understand how they are allowed to trade like this! Best to go elsewhere

Ordered a personalised bottle of champaigne - the label was applied with no care - scrunched up, air bubbles and all wonky. This should have been spotted before dispatched. Their customer service is worse that their quality - no option to send out a replacement or receive a full credit as 'you have received the order' A company is judged how they deal with things when they go wrong, Moonpig fail big time !

My son purchased me roses for my birthday. They arrived discoloured and half dead. Moonpig claim they send out fresh flowers. Well these definitely weren’t. I hoped they would have revived once in water and feed but no, they weren’t fresh and therefore never bloomed. I have complained to moonpig and they’re sending me out some more first thing tomorrow. I will see what arrives. If they’re in the same state I will demand a refund for my son. If you receive flowers that aren’t fresh then you should complain! The sender won’t even know because moonpig just resend the flowers to you. Obviously if the second lot are also in a state then you should complain again and ask for a refund for the person who sent them because it isn’t fair! People are paying a lot of money for flowers that are fit for the bin.
