Ordered card 26th June from Ireland for delivery in UK for 8th July NO CARD ARRIVED!!!! Went on the app live chat and was told the delivery date is only an estimate, how can it take that long to deliver a card???? I could go to the post office and send a card myself to arrive in 3 days! Shocking customer service and won't be using again!!

Never thought I'd complain about this, but they sent my card too early. I set it for a few days after i ordered it and they sent it straight away, yet one i set to send straight away hasn't arrived. Seriously frustrating and annoying, and what is the point.

I've just received flowers which were delivered in a VERY badly damaged box. It's obvious someone has tampered with the seal & tried to prise open the box on one side! Maybe your delivery drivers should learn some manners & don't go snooping into boxes of gifts that are intended for other people. Or maybe you should just send flowers out in undamaged boxes. Either way - Moonpig give rubbish customer service. You've ruined what should have been a lovely moment for me.

I used to use Moonpig all the time and was very happy with them but they’ve really gone downhill recently. The last two orders for the same person didn’t arrive and I gave up trying to send my neighbour a condolence card and flowers. Bad business!

the card was scheduled to arrive by the 19/6, it is now the 24/6 and still no card. This is not the first time this has happened. Customer service not helpful. Why pay for a service that you at moonpig clearly can not deliver. Very disappointed.

Wrong persons card sent to me. I ordered a personalised card form y wife's birthday. A special day and moonpig don't give a damn and ruined it!! If I wanted I could have got a card off the shelf. But I wanted to personalise it. And they sent someone else's card to me. Phillip in customer services is useless no help whatsoever. Didn't even attempt to help or even compensate. I ordered early for it to arrive for 20.6.2024. Glad I opened the envelope to check. Avoid unless you want your special person's day messed up by these clowns!!!

Card did not arrive on time, what’s the point of spending nearly £10 on a card if it can’t even be given to the recipient on their special day. Had to get the kids to make a last minute Father’s Day card.

Used to think moonpig was brilliant but its really gone south recently, 2 special occasions ruined through poor service/missed delivery/ not fulfilled expectations. Really suggest going elsewhere!

Appaling service. Ordered 'special card and gift. Gift did not arrive on firts delivery. On second delivery after i engaged with the 'Chat' line resulted in wrong item being delivered. Item re ordered via 'Chat line'. Not sure if and when that will be delivered!! Chat line service was terrible - no apology, no explanation, just a response saying the agent was 'not responsible for the delivery'. Will never use them again and will actively discourage anyone from doing so. To that end - all review readers - heed the advice I am giving and use a different company that will deliver on its promise to 'mark a special occasion' ..... read the other reviews of similar experiences - I wish I had!!

I ordered a card for my daughter's 30th on 9th June. I ordered in good time the previous Sunday. It hadn't arrived by the Wednesday or the Thursday so on the Friday I queried it. They weren't one bit bothered just said they would re-order, despite them saying they knew it wouldn't arrive in time for my daughter's special birthday. No offer of a refund, just a re-order, despite them failing their delivery promise. It is now the 13th June and the re-order still not arrived despite being promised first class delivery. Again on speaking to them just a re-order which allegedly will arrive in 1-3 days. They will not give me a refund despite the non appearance of the card twice, there is absolutely no goodwill from this company or empathy. Ordered a first class delivery for a birthday card that has not arrived 7 days later. While I appreciate the delay may be caused by the postal service, the response from Moonpig customer service ‘bot’ was shockingly bad. Second time this has happened, I will not be using them again.

Failed to send 2 cards that coat £15.00 with delivery. Refused to call as they have no number. Offered to resent in 3 working days at which point was too late. Asked to confirm I would get a refund and told they do not send emails to confirm this. Worst experience ever!!!

One chance to impress - my first time using Moonpig and my last. Paid for first class and the card didn't arrive until three days later. Compensation was a money off voucher but as I won't be using Moonpig again it was rendered useless. Asked for a refund but they advised they don't offer refunds. Not impressed.

I used Moonpig to send a birthday card to my 93 year old dad. It never arrived in time for his birthday and I received an email yesterday saying they were working hard and it should arrive in 1-3 days. As the event has now passed I asked for a full refund only to be offered a 30% voucher. Disgusting when you pay for first class postage and they refuse to refund when they clearly haven’t provided the service advertised
