Order two cards for an event, website said they would be here on time. 4 days later I get an email blaming royal mail for a delay in delivery. So I order cards off funky pigeon. Got the cards from funny pigeon on time posted via royal mail, and two weeks late I got the moonpig cards which where no good as the event had already passed. Emailed customer service at moonpig as I was unhappy about this, got an automatic email back saying they would be in touch soon, then never heard from them again. Would not recommend. The funky pigeon cards turned out to be great and came within 4 days. I know which site I will use in future.

I received a birthday gift of flowers on Monday. The roses were bruised and brown and other stems were broken. I did not wish to tell the person who sent the gift so attempted to get in touch with the company. Four times web chat disconnected as I was getting nearer to the top of the queue. Four different attempts to contact the company via email, all returned me to the purchasing page. The gift arrived with a card guarantee of quality but no evidence of any option to contact if quality not that expected. It appears that this company is only interested in taking money without the goods being provided. Surely goods should be fit for purpose. Rest assured I will be informing my contacts and will certainly never recommend this company

Rubbish ordered my Sons birthday card and a gift from the Moonpig site on 30th May. Paid extra for special delivery to be delivered on 5th June, his birthday is on June 6th so plenty of time for any issues or so I thought. It never arrived. I am fuming my Son is in Somerset we live in Essex. I could of got it there next day? Never using them again absolutely useless. It was his 30th Birthday too !!!!!

Had some flowers delivered for my birthday on the 3rd June from my son who works abroad, the Lilly’s were open and some of the flowers were dead, tried 4 times on live chat...from being the 45/50th customer in line after waiting nearly an hour and getting down to being customer 6/8 I was cut off, tried calling but the call centre is down, so have resorted to the resolution centre

Just over a week ago my husband sent me some flowers via moonpig. And they had been squashed into a box far to small causing some if the flowers to be broken and the flower heads at the bottom of the box. The bunch was that squashed it petals were soggy and mashed up. Opening the bunch up to give them a little air and try to salvage some the stems were turning brown and some were even mouldy. The smell off them was awful. My husband has sent two emails to customer services over the last 9 days and heard nothing. There was even a leaflet stating how they are so keen on quality in the box. Discusting. Will not use again! Appaled by the lack of customer service and the state of the flowers sent out and if course the packing that was even close to the right size for the flowers. 2 weeks and my Goddaughters card has still not been received ..will try again to contact the company but so far I have had no reply from them. As I live abroad, this service seemed to be the answer for me to never miss any ones Special celebrations .... I ordered 2 giant cards on the same day... the second card to my Grandchild is due to arrive today but I am not holding out much hope of it arriving on time if at all. My Goddaughters birthday was 2 weeks ago but is still waiting to receive her card that may never arrive. How do we claim our money back ?????? Will never go near this pathetic unorganised company again!!!!!!

STAY AWAY ......So upset that my Goddaughter never received the card I ordered for her birthday. The service is substandard and causes upset to all involved. I have tried to’Live chat’ but can never get a response, I have sent 3 emails on three separate days but have had no reply. I would NEVER use this pathetic excuse for a company again..... I now have the hassle of trying to get a refund.

Bouquet sent from my son for my birthday in the most terrible condition. How Moonpig can take customers money for such awful service I don’t know. I filled in contact form and emailed to no avail. I’ve not told my son as he would be upset. Next step, contact Trading Standards!

Ordered a card for the birth of my grandson which has never been delivered. Sent numerous emails, received a standard reply but unable to reply using their email therefore keeping continuity of replys. Tried using live chat which times out as so many people are live!. Never using again and going to stop payement

This company is disgusting I ordered 2 birthday cards for my Daughter 1 from me and 1 from my grandaughter for her birthday today they never arrived to say I am upset is an understatement this is the first time in my Daughter's life she hasnt received a birthday card from me her mum I ordered the cards 29/5/2020 1st class post and they have not arrived I am not sure if they have been dispatched as I am unable to get in touch with them so in these unusual times please think long and hard if you wont to use and truth this company as there not honest because if they where they would of told me they could not commit to been able to fulfill my order on time if not before I hope no one else ever has an experience so bad as mine with this company

The flowers in respect of condolence arrived in very bad condition. It would have been better if they had not arrived at all. A sincere apology is required for their standard of service.

Received a bouquet of flowers from friends for our golden wedding anniversary. At least half the flowers looked half dead and most of the lilies were fully open and turning brown the foliage was that old it was turning brown. Very very disappointed in moonpig.

I wrongly sent a card for printing with the default name on the cover. Tried to edit, but the option wasn't available. Tried calling customer services, not accepting phone calls and message to use online chat. Was on there for 4 hours because every time I got to the front of the queue it disconnected and threw me to the back of the queue. Emailed the CEO, but they never even sent back a courtesy email. Received a message from someone asking me to DM them, which I did with no reply. End result was that the card went off for the birth of my first grandchild, with the wrong name on the front. I know that I should have seen it when I reviewed the card, but I purchased on my phone and the screen is small. But when I realised the mistake I should have been able to contact customer services and resolve, but it seems they don't want to deal with customer issues. Absolutely terrible experience.

Promised next working day delivery took 2 working days , missing the birthday. No reply from moonpig to my e-mail which they acknowledged receiving.

Brought flowers for my granddaughter on Tuesday they arrived at 20-40 at night had no water or pad of wet tissue this how they look today I have had flowers from supermarkets that have lasted longer which have cost me a eighth of what I paid for these This was her wedding day which had gone from over a thousand people to just her family at home and her husband on the phone I will not be buying from you again just keep to doing the cards never had problem which that

Your promise of a card delivery for Friday the 29th May 2020 to my mothers anniversary has not arrived? Very disappointing to not live up to your promise. Order number YUSTMBE. My mother is 81 years old and it is her 55th wedding anniversary. Due to COVID-19 we cannot visit her. Thank you.

Ordered personalized card and orchid for my mother's birthday, I'm having to isolate so it seemed best option. Order placed almost 3 weeks prior to delivery date and 1 week after the date still no delivery. I have had no correspondence from moonpig, I've tried to call sent emails but heard nothing. I looked online and found out via yodel delivery had been returned to moonpig. £35 pounds for a plant and a card for nothing.

I hadn't used Moonpig for a while and won't be using them again any time soon - be aware and avoid disappointment. My online account says 'Order sent' but nothing received even after 5 working days and so not in time for the Birthday. I hope the refund is quicker.

What customer service I have spent a week phoning a number that you've switched off I've tried the live chat get cut off and I've emailed everyday no answer all I want is the card I paid for for my husband not the one I got for a 3 year old girl mistakes I can understand a customer being blatantly ignored I can't
