"My Daughter lives in America and bought a box of Baileys chocolates for my Xmas present, the same for my Daughter, her sister. My sell by date was 30\/01\/25 and my Daughters was already out of date. I tasted one of the chocolates and it tasted bad, stale. I tried to upload the photos I took but it didn't work, my Daughter is really upset about this, it's Xmas for crying out loud."

"Wrong persons card sent to me. I ordered a personalised card form y wife's birthday. A special day and moonpig don't give a damn and ruined it!! If I wanted I could have got a card off the shelf. But I wanted to personalise it. And they sent someone else's card to me. Phillip in customer services is useless no help whatsoever. Didn't even attempt to help or even compensate. I ordered early for it to arrive for 20.6.2024. Glad I opened the envelope to check. \r\n\r\nAvoid unless you want your special person's day messed up by these clowns!!!"

"I ordered a high value \u00a315 big card on a Thursday - got Royal Mail note to say sent to wrong depot. Planned for Sat delivery arrived Tue midday, RM even left it with an unknown neighbour. Had a long call centre chat to get my money back. Blanked by Centre. Escalated complaint and their marketing Dept still refusing refund. It is not 1-2 day delivery. Be warned - I think the Anti-Christ of marketing must be in charge. Things seem to be awry - is anyone really in charge with a logical marketing brain? "My son and his girlfriend ordered me some flowers for my birthday they came in a flattened box. The flowers were all squash and some were broken. They look awful. Why would you send flowers in a box that is an inch deep. They were left outside on the bin no one rang the door bell. Is this your usual way to deliver flowers.
