My grandaughter sent me flowers from Moonpig and the day after arriving they were dead its disgusting considering the cost.

This is the second time my son has sent me flowers from Moonpig. Worst flowers I have ever received. Those that weren’t dead already died within two days, supermarket flowers far superior and a lot cheaper. First time this happened I took photos and wrote a letter of complaint to Moonpig, they didn’t reply. When somebody sends you flowers it’s difficult to say to them they are awful. But now I will complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They got my order wrong twice. I ordered six cards, I received one and the remainder were delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer service where I thought the error had been rectifed only for the same issue happen again. Avoid. Don't waste your time and energy on this company.

My Mother’s Day card still hasn’t turned up 5 days later, despite the accompanying flowers coming on time and having a note with them stating a card was on it’s way, sent first class. Clearly not being truthful as we’d have received it by now if it was sent first class. Not being on time for Mother’s Day for an order that was placed over a week in advance is one thing, then lying about it? Not acceptable, and I expected better from such a big company. This was my first Mother’s Day after years of trying and I was really looking forward to my first card with ‘Mummy’ on the front. Do better.

Flowers received for Mothers Day were terrible - not the best looking bouquet but within two days had all died - the sole lily was broken and even what I consider to be everlasting flowers were yellow. I feel really sorry for my son whose kind thoughts were destroyed by this bouquet.

Got flowers delivered for Mother’s Day sent by my daughter. Broken stems, yellow leaves, dead heads on flowers and absolutely stinking , must have been packed weeks ago. Tried to ring first thing I was 122 in the queue. Left it until 4 pm I was the 56 in the queue. Sent e-Mail and the said they would respond in 3 working days. Unbelievable.

Flowers for Mothers Day arrived with leaves yellowing and dead. The tulips were floppy. There was no colour in the flowers. Just fit for the bin

I ordered an anniversary card and balloon that cost me about 18 quid it's been 6 days and it still hasn't turned up, my anniversary date has been and gone. Today they tell me the order is on the way and they can not refund me as they have done there part and to speak with them after it's been delivered if I still want a refund. Cant talk to anyone on the phone now it's all online via text, first time it said there is a 45min wait. I've been let down twice now by moonpig the last 2 years. Inwill not be using them again, really gone downhill.

My son ordered flowers for delivery on Mother’s Day but now late on Monday and still no sign of them! He also ordered some for his own Son’s mum and these turned up brown and shrivelled. Absolutely horrendous. He now needs to try and get a refund

My son sent flowers for Mother's Day - I haven't seen him for four years as he's in Australia so I was looking forward to my flowers- what a let down - stems were soggy and some had to be thrown out - two stems of lilies - one with broken flowers and the other one had lost all its lily pods and was just a stem - roses were brown turning to black and the whole bouquet was only fit for the bin ! I had to arrange what was left as best I could in order to take a picture but I was horrified- still trying to get hold of them to complain !!

Absolutely disgusting My mum is dying of cancer and Mother’s Day may be our last Making sure I would get my mums gift and card there on Time I ordered early so it would arrive before Mother’s Day After ordering I still received messages saying don’t forget Mother’s Day It didn’t arrive that Saturday as promised and payed for then Sunday I waited till 6pm and received an infuriating message saying sorry moon pig has let you down but don’t worry we will refund the postage. An absolute insult Here where it gets worse My family name is Delaney My mum receives the correct card But when opening her gift a mug with 4 personalised pictures of children and family members I consider to be private The mug has a picture of a foreign person saying to the best nan from ishmale And a mother and child on the front First data protection non existent Quality control no existent Customer services Still no reply Customer phone call ??????? BBC will be covering this once I expose this company TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR

Complete Mother's Day fiasco. They sent the wrong card with flowers to my Mother. Have read elsewhere their customer services team admits a 10% failure rate - this is completely unacceptable and a data privacy disaster when they are sending cards in such high numbers with such private and personal information to complete strangers. What is more, their 'customer services' are non existent, had to wait for over 30 minutes in a queue to be told by the agent no refund would be given on the whole order (just the card). Complete joke - will never, ever use this company again.

My son ordered flowers and a card for Mother’s Day. They arrived on Saturday evening. The card was from someone else and the flowers are dead already. A complete waste of money.

I paid £70 for mothers day flowers, they sent me the wrong flowers that were awful and worth £10 maximum. Also card envelop had my name on it! No response from moon pig, total rip off merchants and resorting to stealing from supposed valued customers. Stay away and go elsewhere. I will from now on! The big bunch is what I ordered, however the other photo of the small bunch is what I received, what a joke and I’m disgusted!!

I ordered a card for Mother’s Day they sent me an email saying that the card would arrive on Saturday which is a day before Mother’s Day, however even know i have still not received a card on Monday there service is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional making customer’s false promises and the next thing they don’t even have a number you can contact them on and that stupid little robot on the live chat is no help to anyone I would never use there service again and I will be awaiting my full refund people I advise you stay away from the stupid Moonpig no good not a service to rely on at all.

Ordered a mum to be Mothers day card for my daughter. No card and only half of the gift. If they cant guarantee a delivery day and time,they shouldn't take orders. I was very disappointed as its my daughters first baby and my first granchild. Moonpig you need to sort yourself out, i wont be using you again and i will be looking for a full refund 😡
