Same as previous review. Paid for 1st class delivery but 2nd class timescale. Moonpig didn't want to know. Their customer care is rubbish. Will not use them ever again.

Ordered a birthday card and paid additional 85p for 1st class delivery (1-2 days as advertised). Received order confirmation but delivery date specified card would be delivered at least 3 days from order date for which there would not have been any additional cost anyway! Given that the recipient’s birthday was in 2 days time the card would have arrived a day late. Contacted customer service who stated expected time for delivery was 1-3 days….. so why state 1-2 days on the website? Totally useless!! Cancelled order and requested full refund. Would definitely not use again!!

Valentines card never arrived 😞 Ordered in plenty of time, was Due Saturday 12th nothing. Received earache off the missus and it ended up costing me a holiday for her and a friend in Palma 😆 On a serious note never had a problem with them before but with so much competition about shall not be using again. What disappointed me the most was the customer service bot closing the chat halfway through.

Boyfriend arranged for a personalised card and balloon to arrive for valentines day. In my opinion, a card is the most important thing to receive and Moon Pig have managed to mess up & ruin that. Baffles me considering they are the personalised card company. Been waiting ages to get a reply from someone too to get this resolved.

Awful company Honestly I have received shocking service from moonpig I spent £40 on flowers on a personalised card for my fiancé. the flowers chocolates and balloon never showed up and I wrote a long poem, which took hours and hours to write, they printed a massive picture over the top of instead of on the left. they have ruined our valentines day and made me look a complete idiot

I placed and order and scheduled it to be delivered on the 14th, the system split the order. Half the package was delivered on the 8th and half on the 14th. Also previously I ordered a gift with a card and they didn’t send the card. Grant at customer services palmed me off and offered no help. Useless like the company

Christmas card I ordered failed to arrive, which I put down to Christmas post but after the next fiasco I'm not so sure. Spent time one evening personalizing a card for a friend's birthday. All looked good on the preview so I went ahead with the order. However, the confirmation email showed a stock photo still on the card instead of one I'd added. Thought this might just be a display bug on the email but checked with customer services the next day. They offered to cancel and refund but on checking my account I saw the order had already been sent. The agent confirmed the stock photo was on the sent card. No apology and so far the promised refund hasn't come through. I've had to message my friend and apologise for the card with a photo of random grinning strangers she's about the receive! On the bright side, there's a high probability the card won't arrive anyway. Use Funky Pigeon instead.

Slowest website in the World. Can Stream on line faster, better than it takes a moonpig page to load.

Waste of time and money. The cards came out under exposed, and the process of making it was painfully slow. It kept deleting what I'd write in and I'd have to start from scratch, which took over an hour. Horrible.

I ordered some flowers for my sister's birthday and they arrived mostly broken - I'm so disappointed as they cost nearly £30 and I live in New Zealand and wanted to surprise her. This is the last time I use Moonpig.

My friend sent me some letterbox carnations. They were the tiniest carnations I'd ever seen. They looked pathetic. I couldn't tell her because it would have broken her heart. Very underwhelming.

On behalf of my elderly mother, I ordered 2 baskets of 6 hyacinth bulbs, complete with artificial snow and sparkling lights as Christmas presents. The recipients have noted that there were only 3 bulbs in the basket and no lights or snow. What a waste of money and complete disappointment for both recipients and my mother. £30 for a small basket containing 3 bulbs....daylight robbery. Will not use Moonpig again.

The Yellow Rose Duo was sent by my daughter who lives in New Zealand as a 'hug', as my brother had passed away at Christmas. She thought it would be lovely for me to have a permanent reminder of my brother in the shape of roses (his favourite flower was a rose, and my favourites were yellow roses). When they arrived despite being left on the doorstep and not discovered until the next day - they looked absolutely wonderful. BUT WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. Within a couple of days the leaves and buds began to wilt despite following the care instructions. At the end of five days they were completely dead.
