On April 29 my order said it would be delivered in one business day. When I placed the order it said it would be delivered on May 5th. OK, there was a Bank Holiday this weekend so I take responsibility for that, but on 5th May I received an email from Moonpig saying the item I had ordered is out of stock. I will never use them again.

Shocking service. My mum paid overnight delivery. It never came despite moonpig saying we are lying??? Never will our family use this service again. Funky pigeon will get our business now and we ordered a lot as family. Disgraceful company.

I ordered a birthday card for a friend but after I completed the order I noticed that it was going to be dispatched immediately ... due to covid..... not happy with this I went onto the virtual assistant to cancel this order and thought it had been done by someone called Connie but I keep receiving messages saying my card will be delivered. I don’t want this card delivered find this really frustrating and time consuming but it seems this card cannot be cancelled. I have been given a credit as goodwill gesture but when that is used.. bye bye moonpig

I ordered a card a week before my friends birthday. I was asked for the date I wanted it delivered but It did not arrive. On contacting customer services I was told that it should arrive within the next week and that this was within their accepted time frame! They are expensive and a complete waste of money if the cards don't arrive on time. I will not use them again.

I ordered a card for my son, I was the receipient of the card, as I wanted it to come to my address, before sending it on to my son, as I wanted to put in my own personal message. When the card arrived, it came without an envelope, and they say that I requested this!!! I had to catch a bus into town - buy an ugly brown envelope for the card - and then send the card off, (apart from queuing up at the post office for over 10 minutes!) BEWARE - THEY DO NOT SEND OUT ENVELOPES!!!!

First and last time I'll use Moonpig. Ordered 2 cards and some flowers all at the same time and all going to the same address, for some reason they sent one card via post and the other card and flowers by courier, card by post arrived and then the courier turned up with just the flowers, contacted moonpig who just said sorry must be lost in transit can offer a £5 credit or resend the order but will take 1 to 5 days to arrive .You can give my £5 credit to charity because I will never use you again and my misses who's birthday it was meant for won't be either. What a joke of a company.

Had orchid plant and card delivered. Orchid had obviously caught cold. Tried complaining but they couldnt find order. Said it must have been from somewhere else. Though in moonpig box with moonpig card inside. Sender is in isolation and couldnt possibly have delivered this. Unless I could get in contact with sender nothing could be done....... Sender is having a very difficult time so didnt want to trouble her. Dont bother with moonpig, quality of plant rubbish and they cant even find order when you do complain.

Have used Moonpig for many years but am very disappointed with delivery service I ordered a card for my grandson on 10/04/21 to be delivered on his birthday 17/04/21 but card did not arrive. Contacted them only to be told the deadline for delivery would be 20/04/21 which to me is ludicrous! They should get their act together about poor delivery will not be using this company again.

How to show your wife you love her on her birthday. Buy her a personalised card and an expensive bottle of champers. Brownie points ahoy! Unless Moonpig screw it up and send a cheap bottle of Prosecco instead. That’s a great way to show how much you value her. Never mind, contact customer services and they will surely rectify the problem and maybe even try and repair the issue. Nope. They think it is right and proper to just refund you on the single mistake (not even the full error value) and not the fact the whole experience was tarnished. Had to contact multiple times to get most but not all of the money back. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told phone lines are down. What a complete shower of moonpoop. I would recommend using any of the other options before Moonpig. Sort yourselves out moonguys and girls. Bad customer service never ends well in today’s market place.

Similar story to others regarding flowers - extremely small bunch & half dead. Poor, poor value for money. The recipient said they looked the equivalent or a £4 bunch from the petrol garage - I paid over £20! The card also got separated so didn't arrive at the same time. Not quite the impact I'd had in mind. x

I would give them 0 stars based on my experience. I had arranged for sympathy flowers to be delivered. Order failed twice. I asked them for help in the live chat. Terrible customer service. Would never be ordering from them again.

My daughter placed a birthday card order for her sister’s birthday , on the day of opening it she received someone’s leaving card , my wife had to email someone as you can’t phone anyone up , in the email reply, we where told we’d get a full refund without any apology of remorse

Received a bunch of rainbow chrisyanths for Easter and some of them were droopy dying. I received them Good Friday and they were dead by Easter Sunday. I had blue dye on my fingers from the stalks and had to scrub my hands. They were obviously food dyed. I would not recommend as they are not what they are on the picture advertised on the website. I threw them in the bin on the Tuesday
