Useless utterly incompetent company. Failed to deliver 2 cards. Ignore their apology emails, they'll just keep resending the card for it to never be delivered by their incapable couriers. Avoid this scam of a company.

I just found out that after a purchase I made with Moonpig last year, I’ve somehow signed up to the big scam, complete savings. They’ve taken £15 a month from me since last September, without my knowledge. Thank you Moonpig, I will never use your service again. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Unbelievable bad service, a bereavement card arrived 3 days earlier than booked, how insensitive this company is, I’m absolutely devastated and left having to apologise to my sister and her family

Booked birthday hamper and birthday card a week in advance of when it was to be delivered (yesterday) hamper was delivered without birthday card, recipient had no idea of who it was from. Huge disappointment. Stupid AI live chat said contact them again tomorrow… their birthday was yesterday!!! Disaster!

Delivery left on front step. Sent pic of delivery left outside. None of Moonpig delivery policies followed or my instructions indicating no safe place. Chat operative didn’t really care and even when I pointed out online selling laws state that it’s their responsibility to deliver into hands of the recipient, the response was if you think it’s been stolen, call the police. They just cut off the chat. Absolutely disgusting.

Delayed delivery and designing the card using the iPhone app was not smooth. App is not that great to adjust and crop the photos and the app itself does not seem to have smart auto adjust functionality. On top of that, rude customer service! They just leave the chat once done saying what needed to say.

Unfortunately this is the card company that can't deliver a card. Ordered an e-card to be delivered on a special day, but this company wasn't able to send a simple email card (which takes one second to arrive) despite having said they would deliver it on a set day. I will never be using this company again and will use their competitors instead. My advice: steer well clear!

Shocking service! Did not fulfil their obligations under contract.They blamed the courier, which is their responsibility not the customers. I would not endorse doing business with this company as they have no morals!!!

Ordered Giant car, mug and sweets with personalized pic on the app, all quite easy on your phone. Paid with credit card and all 3 items were delivered next day.second year I have used this service and no problem. Very pleased and will return. UK customer purchased 9.02.24

wow, normally I think moonpig is a good but slightly expensive service, but wow, they take your money, then if they cant provide the service you bought, they take 10 days to return the money. erm......I need the chocolate, I need the flowers, I need the card that I bought to be delivered or return my money now ! so I can go to a shop and buy

On the past few occasions, they have been over 1 - 2 weeks late , No contact phone number, no response to chat , I personally will not use them again, terrible service.

Agree with previous comments. First time of using, guaranteed delivery 8 days ago, still not arrived. I ordered a sympathy card for a dear friend who lost his wife suddenly to cancer. I feel so embarrassed that my card has not been delivered. Awful. Don’t use!
