First time using Moonpig and sadly my last. Ordered a birthday card for my granddaughters 18th. Ordered on the 22nd for first class delivery to reach her on the 24 th. It’s now the 26th still hasn’t arrived. I mean over £7 for a card didn’t arrive. Try a another company !

Ordered a mother's day card on the Friday and paid the next day postage and packaging charge for next day delivery 1pm Saturday its now Tuesday and nothing has arrived still. Called to cancel the order and get a refund which has been done but they couldn't explain why this has happened or what the issues were with their manufactures. Not the first time I have heard of this happening and it doesn't give you much confidence of the ability for a company whose main purpose is to be able to deliver on time for specific occasions. They have given me a £5 account tip as a gesture which I'm grateful for but I don't think I'll be ordering again when they don't even know what the issue is in their supply chain.

Terrible.. Terrible... ordered two cards for mothers day and only one turned up!!! and the font size for the personnel message inside was so small you needed a magnifying glass to read it (it was not as inputted and previewed) I had always used another online card store before and never been let down, only used Moonpig for the first time on this occasion as the normal card supplier I use was having web site problems (running very slow, probably as so popular) will not waist my time and money with this company again

Just received notice from a very dear friend that no card or present arrived on her 50th birthday as scheduled and ordered through moonpig. Pretty embarrassing having to ask someone if they received your gift, that aside - she didn't. I can accept mishaps happen but to be told an item has been delivered when it clearly hasn't is hugely frustrating. What's more, this actually happened last year for a parents 80th. Moonpig were quick to offer a credit - no refund until I complained and as yet I haven't received it and no sincere apology. On this occasion I have been offered a credit note which will cover the price of one card as compensation. Missing a special birthday despite trying to arrange a gift on the other side of the world can't really be compensated - once that milestone moment has been and gone, it really has been and gone. I feel let down and disappointed in the customer service, to happen once is disappointing to happen twice is unacceptable. I'm still baffled as to where these two items have gone as no explanation has been given. Possibly Moonpig a change of courier might be a good suggestion. I won't use this company again and if you want to send a card (the products are great) and you want to guarantee the recipient gets it do what I'm about to do find another company. Once bitten, twice shy - should have known better!

My daughter's 16th birthday card didn't arrive and when contacted Moonpig flat refused to resend AND credit me. Moonpig's fault, I ordered in good time, as they could see. How very tight of a company that size who have so much custom from me, no goodwill gesture. Never using them again. Disgusted and disappointed for my daughter.

Living in another country from daughter and ot was her 18th birthday we wanted make sure she felt special and loved. The order of card and teddy never arrived. Can't go back and make it special. Will NEVER use moonpig again as this is the second time an order never arrived! They offered refund but it was a special occasion it wasn't about money.

Card never arrived, I was underwhelmed by the lack of apology from Moonpig. Sure sometimes things get lost in the post. But no real effort to rectify from Moonpig. First and last time using Moonpig. Had to buy a last minute replacement card for valentine's Day.

I made a genuine mistake on a postcode whilst ordering flowers , I tried to call the courier to no avail so reverted to contacting Moonpig who promptly offered to send out another bunch as a good Will gesture to ensure they did get delivered on time . Excellent customer service and flowers were beautiful and well received

Sweets in the city Tacky plastic pot with mainly marshmallow things. Can’t believe I’ve spent £12 on it. Way overpriced.

Just AWFUL dead flowers - mostly foliage, also dead - and a HUGE ripoff. I called and complained and they replaced the flowers with equally poor ‘flowers’ - not anything like the photo on the website. Photo included for proof

I created a card, it took an enormously long time to create. It had 16 photos, all to be posed, put into their product, re-size, re-shape - the pictures, painstakingly. I go to send it to 3 people - just 3! But as I send it, I see that the printed version is a little off-centre of what the creative process seemed to indicate. I had to call 1st thing in the morning to stop the press. 1 couldn't be stopped - but the other 2 could be cancelled, so I did. For all the work I did, I didn't want moonpig's technical issue to affect the end result. I re-did them the best I could based on sort of guessing - as I said the end product and the creation are a little different. In some cases that is enough to affect the product (get a nose cut off and well - things are different). I re-sent them. The following day I look to see where they're at. The 1 that couldn't be cancelled arrived, 1 of the 2 re-dos hadn't even been sent! I called Moonpig, said why hasn't this been sent I want it there for Christmas! The person said the other's weren't cancelled and couldn't be (not true by the way) but that he'd now cancel that one and send it out fed ex next day. The following day, it doesn't arrive. The next as well. I called and they put it as a signature item - which of course stops it from getting to it's destination, especially if fed ex doesn't leave a card. I wanted the next day service to get it there quicker, not so it could be delayed by a signature. The other card which was re-done had yet to arrive as well. So I called about that one too. They were supposed to send it fed ex that Friday to arrive - hopefully - for monday before Christmas. But it never did. I looked on Sunday and nothing had been sent. I wrote and they decided then, to cancel it. Stating I had too many gifts and too many had been sent out free for me, and nothing had been purchased by me. I did an entire inventory of the items I sent, paid for by me and paid for by them. I explained that the cancellations weren't free - they were items just never sent. Still, nothing could get a card to my intended recipient as it had run too long. Moonpig has got a terrible quality of their product but a worse service. They send me an invite to do a review. In the instructions it says to do a review of the product and not the service - try to resolve it with them? Write about the product and not the customer service? Really? Your customer service pretty much kills any product you have! My item never got to its recipient - that was down to service. Over and over and over and over again.

I love the Moonpig concept but wish they could get their operations working for better customer satisfaction and reliability. This Christmas I ended up paying for a card that hadn't uploaded my images as shown (£10). Also, a Christmas card ordered on 12 December has still not arrived on 27 December. Not good enough really.
