Ordered a card and a gift for my wife for our 47th Anniversary. I gave plenty of notice and stated the date for delivery. Whole deal cost £43. To cut a long story short neither the card or gift arrived on the day. The package arrived a day late. The damage had been done, the moment had been lost. I put my faith in Moonpig and they let us down badly. I will never use them again and suggest others are very wary. I forgot to mention that the ordered gift had been the selection of sweets. The chocolate content turned out to be that inferior stuff. £43 down the drain.

Ordered for a Diamond Anniversary was told delivery within 2 days, 5 days later still waiting?? Response on live chat said it would arrive next day ?? Then you get an email to say your next card is free😡🤷‍♀️

I would use my free card that you have offered me, but the last time I ordered a fathers day card it didnt arrive, consequently I rang to complain and you said you would send another free of charge... which never came. You gave me a free card which I ordered for my sister in laws future birthday, however this card arrived the very next day - dispite my asking you to send it a few weeks later for her birthday, but you sent her three cards ! one would have been good. My fathers day card still hasnt come.. SO IVE GIVEN UP. Funky Pigeon is the way forward.

Received a delivery this morning in a lovely slightly battered pink box from Moonpig via Yodel. Excited to open up the card from my son and his family. Saw it was a plant. What a great idea as cut flowers dont last forever whereas a plant does, with care. I wush moonpig gad cared. The spider plant has several black tipped leaves which means it had been overwatered and root rot has set in and cannot be reversed. I am now in the position of how do i tell my son truthfully how his kind gift has been received. Avoid this company for living gifts Go to your local garden nursery to select your own healthy plant. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO TO WRITE REVIEW.

Ordered some birthday flowers that had a lifespan of about 2 days. tried to complain but the staff did not care and fed me some rubbish. Do not use this compay

Didn’t receive order , I contacted customer service and was told they would send me out a new card which I also didn’t receive even though it’s been over 2 weeks since the estimated delivery date . No tracking information provided either. I ordered from them last year with no issues so unsure why this has happened ,I verified the address is correct too

I have ordered many times from Moonpig which is a very quick and efficient ordering service if you’ve left buying for a special occasion until the last few days. They are usually excellent and cannot fault them. However the most recent purchase was delivered and left outside my front door in full view of the main road and passers by, nobody had knocked rung the bell or anything to let me know it was there and I was purposely in all day !! Also there was not a spare envelope included as promised, for forwarding to a third party. I will still use Moonpig and hope these issues are just a one off.

Horrendous, will never use again, couldn't even deliver a birthday card, let alone the box of chocolates. My mother lives in Scotland and was told delivery couldn't be made , no reason why and royal mail never even left a calling card to say they had been or would even try again Extremely disappointed.

Fathers Day card wasn’t delivered on Father’s Day first of all Royal Mail was blamed and then retracted and said items were out of stock after I had already paid

Previous to this experience (two years ago), I had no issue with my custom card being sent within the states. Now, I have had not two, but three orders not ever arrive at their destination. I made two custom orders for Mother’s Day and I am still speaking with their customer support team now. They refuse to refund me but keep providing me with a credit to use on my account. Why in the world would I use a service that have failed to deliver two cards three times. The addresses were all correct, nothing on my end was wrong. They refused to tell me what could be happening and of course there’s no tracking within the states so no way to find out what’s happening. If you are outside of the UK, I would definitely not recommend this service. I’m blown away with how horrible the service is. Will never use it again.

Still waiting on birthday cards which were reordered due to initial delivery time exceeded. Expected on Wednesday 8th no sign by Friday. Contacted the company who promised delivery today Saturday. Birthday tomorrow so had to go buy another card as I can't hand someone a birthday card after their party. Wouldn't mind but it's an age specific one so it's no good to the person next year. V poor service. Don't promise dates if you can't deliver on them.

Moonpig have gone down the pan! I sent a birthday card to my granddaughter 8 days ago, and it has still not arrived! I shouldn't be surprised as they were late delivering a card to me too! Won't use them again.

After personalisation of a card and trying to add to basket i got an error message saying couldn't add to basket ,after chatting with Terri on online help chat was offered several " things to try to no avail whatsoever !! Will not use site again total waste of valuable time and effort

Moonpig signed me up to a company called completesave.co.uk without my knowledge. Completesave have been taking £15 off my card for 4 months. Scam alert!

Be very careful dealing with this company. I was delighted with the product but since I ordered a card back in September I have recently discovered that every month Complete save have taken £15 from my account. There must have been terms and conditions which I failed to read which is my fault (tbh why would I when ordering a card) because of this my bank wont refund the payment which as far as I'm concerned were unauthorised. = a VERY Expense card

Very poor quality flowers (dead greenery and almost dead roses) received for my wife’s birthday. I then complained- another bunch arrived- flowers more suited to a bereavement arrived and the same poor quality!

Received birthday gift from my son yesterday, choc olates lovely, prosecco lovely, miniature rose plant half dead, so disappointing, watered it but some buds fell off and others brown

Card & gift from M/pig organised for delivery on Wednesday 11th May with confirmation of due date delivery by tracked Royal Mail. Very disappointed that they didn't arrive until Friday 13th. Had to apologise to the recipient for non delivery on the due date.
