“I had intended to search for a new home insurance policy as mine had increased quite a bit, but after speaking to your call centre they managed to suggest a new policy which was much more acceptable. Many thanks”

“Received my renewal quote, phoned asking for reduction as price had increased too much but was still given too high in comparison to your competitors. Check on web and you quoted a saving of over £40.00 so purchased. Why this was not offered in the renewal notice nor offered when I phoned is most dissapointing. I have been a long standing customer with you both with motor and house insurance and would hope to get the best price without going to others.”

“I called to cancel my insurance but the operative worked out a good enough price to keep me with you. But as. 15 year customer, I shouldn't have had to call to get a price £400 cheaper than the roll over quote. Your operative was smashing.”

“The call center staff were generally helpful, but what I do NOT appreciate is the total disregard for long term, low claim customers. I have been with the same Insurance Company in all its different name, starting with Sun Alliance in 1964. This year I was offered a renewed policy at £932 reduced to £758 as a loyal customer. After some discussion this was amended to £609 and finally agreed to be £395 QUITE A DIFFERENCE. There will not be a renewal if this is repeated.”
