Competitive quote and, whilst I haven't had to submit a claim so can't really comment on the quality of service, I found the process of obtaining the level of cover I required very easy and therefore have no complaints!

It was last May when I took out my car insurance policy with yourselves so as far as I can remember I got some info from Which magazine and the price seemed reasonable. Many of insurance companies are near as dammit the same,but there are big differences in the cost. Perhaps you should have asked me to do this survey nearer the date I took out my lnsurance when my memory was better.

my policy was with more than , when i came to renew in may 15 about , the price had escalated greatly So I went on the internet and looked around I found a cheaper policy something like 60% of what more than wanted Guess who the policy provider was ? Yes that is right it was more than !!! It was an english call centre and I understood them as they were english !!!

All what I want and easy to contact which I did by phone to change some details on my policy. All completed with a English person who was very helpful and very polite. I'm pleased with what I have, just hope the renewal price doesn't go up when its due.

Home Insurance is one of my most hated purchases of the year. Have never claimed in 14 years so only need basic insurance. I like finding it myself on go compare, as it saves on loads of phone calls. Straight forward, one call from them, paperwork + policy sent to me within a few days. Job done for another year.

I have car and house insurance (but on different addresses) with More Than. The provider failed to match my profile they already have on their database and treated me as a new customer for car insurance. They asked me to provide more documents than needed. There has been a legal change in documents required for car insurance. The staff did not know that. I called the DVLA for them to confirm in writing, so I can pass this on to the staff who then acknowledged that. During all this time of going back and forth after I signed up for an insurance cover via their website, they did not want to insure me. I was anxious to drive my car during this period as it was not insured even though I had submitted all documents lawfully and they had no reason to question them. Regarding my house insurance claim, their claims provider, a third party company, executed it poorly. I was assigned a case manager who repeteadly asked for the same information and ignored the information given. This delayed the process and took months for the claim to come through after numerous attempts of chasing. It did come through eventually and payment was sent to my bank acc. Aproximately 5 months for a simple claim.

Great self-service available via their website so no need to call. No additional charges to add a second name driver, I actually received a partial refund. Other companies charge £25-£35 for a policy change such as change of address, name or adding or removing second drivers, More than didn't charge me.

Your online navigation is murder to try and find anything I bought legal insurance with my house and car I thought it would be straight and simple to look it up under the one roof Not so, after trolling through various sights on your web page I gave up and have now decided once my insurance expires I will go elsewhere that will be easier to follow. Again as I was saying I like to keep my insurance profile in the one place with easy access. William Lawson
