“Had to wait four weeks for delivery with little to no contact from staff to let me know - only after me chasing when several weeks had passed was I told part of my order was out of stock

“When I read the description of the sleep bag did not see anything noted re polyester filling. I was disappointed when it arrived and had this filling.
Also delivery took ages. Only despatched 10-12 days after ordering, and only after I had emailed twice to follow up.”
“The sleepsack is good, and we're happy with it. But the purchasing process was confusing; I signed up to the mailing list to receive a 10% discount which was never applied; I then got so much spam email over the next few hours that I had to unsubscribe the same day; and a customer service inquiry about the unapplied discount took a week to address and was never fully resolved. This is a company with wonderful intentions that really needs to work on the full customer experience they're delivering, especially at these prices.”

“Lovely quality clothing and the bamboo fabric is so soft on my sons sensitive skin, the clothes are really worth the money. Delivery was quick and the website has regular offers for its customers. The only issue I've had is that for one of my orders I wanted to have it delivered to my address but I had previously had an order delivered to my partners address and it would not let me change the delivery address back to mine, I had ordered the 'ducky date' set and because the duck toy is bigger than the letter box I was worried no one would be in to receive the parcel. However he was at home so this was not a problem in the end. Other than that a fantastic website with great products which are amazing quality. Also it wasn't a problem for me but the blue clothing is a little less bright in person and doesn't quite look the same Colour ad it does in the pictures on the website”
