“I placed an order October 30th and still have not received it and it's November 29th. I contacted customer support twice to finally get an email back that was addressed to someone else, not me stating that it had finally been shipped and I must have received it. Almost a month later and I still haven't received the order. Very disappointed so far with the customer service and will be filing a compliant with Paypal if it's not received soon.”
“Order didn't arrive when said it would. I had to chase up. No one responded to my email for over a week. Only when I msg on Facebook and then conveniently they sent the order within few days. It was advertised as a hamper so I thought it would arrive in one. Not just items thrown in to a box. Not impressed with service at all”

“Your products are beautiful, but your customer service not so good. Unable to get through on the phones to talk to someone. There was a delay with the order, which is fine if you had informed me rather than me chasing the order by email. The leggings I ordered for my grand daughter (0-3 months) will hardly fit her for a week as they took so long to come. Had I been told at the time of order I would have got the next size. Such a shame your service lets you down really, as these are very nice baby clothes.”

I'd change a few things, e.g. slow shipping recently, grey things seem to be smaller sizes, my son's foot gets caught in the travel opening of the sleeping bag, etc - but I forgive them a lot because the things are just so soft and lovely!!”

“As a new customer, I placed an order on the 16th October. I was notified on the 1st November that the order was delayed, I would be kept informed and a nice little present would be included with the order.
On the 10th November the order was sent and I received it the following day - but no 'little pressie'. I emailed expressing my disappointment, but no reply.
I got the email offering me the chance to make comment so, giving them the chance to get it right before I wrote my review, I tried to ring them. 4 times I tried, but no customer support person was available to talk to me.
This is, therefore, my review:
Be prepared for a delays and, don't hold out for their promises. I appreciate MORI is a small company and will probably improve over time, but think about your customers. Without them, you won't survive, no matter how good your products are.”
