I placed an order October 30th and still have not received it and it's November 29th. I contacted customer support twice to finally get an email back that was addressed to someone else, not me stating that it had finally been shipped and I must have received it. Almost a month later and I still haven't received the order. Very disappointed so far with the customer service and will be filing a compliant with Paypal if it's not received soon.

Order didn't arrive when said it would. I had to chase up. No one responded to my email for over a week. Only when I msg on Facebook and then conveniently they sent the order within few days. It was advertised as a hamper so I thought it would arrive in one. Not just items thrown in to a box. Not impressed with service at all

Brought sleeping bag at a show and was told it would arrive the following week. It didn't arrive for 5 weeks, but this wasn't communicated until I chased. However the product is absolutely beautiful and I would still buy as it really is stunning and arrived beautifully packaged. I almost don't want to use it it's so nice!

We still haven't received our things and it's been 2 months. We've called and emailed several times but no response. We thought you went bankrupt. Our baby has outgrown the sizes we ordered. Horrible service.

I love Mori, nice quality and designs. Unfortunately my last order was very delayed, and didn't fit my baby anymore. I love shopping here but need to make sure that I will get the products on time.

My parcel arrived beautifully packaged, the star blanket and wooden toy are extremely well made, sadly I ordered the wrong colour so had to post back but the service team where very helpful. I would use them again and recommend this company

Your products are beautiful, but your customer service not so good. Unable to get through on the phones to talk to someone. There was a delay with the order, which is fine if you had informed me rather than me chasing the order by email. The leggings I ordered for my grand daughter (0-3 months) will hardly fit her for a week as they took so long to come. Had I been told at the time of order I would have got the next size. Such a shame your service lets you down really, as these are very nice baby clothes.

I had to email with a query and Staciah responded within an hour - excellent customer service. The starter kit is excellent value for money and I cannot express how soft the products are - i only wish they came in my size! Fabulous clothing, towel and sleeping bags - cannot recommend highly enough - thank you.

I placed an order but I was notified in good time that the expected delivery date was going to be later than expected. I find it unusual these days that companies inform you of delays and just leave you guessing as to when your parcel will arrive! I was also very pleasantly surprised to have been sent a lovely 'gift' as an apology for the delay. I cannot fault the customer service, the products are also of an exceptional quality. Thank you.

The most beautiful soft basics there are - I wish I could afford more. I'd change a few things, e.g. slow shipping recently, grey things seem to be smaller sizes, my son's foot gets caught in the travel opening of the sleeping bag, etc - but I forgive them a lot because the things are just so soft and lovely!!

Material was unbelievably soft but stock issues meant waiting for delivery a lot longer than expected which meant the gift was given later than intended.

Late delivery, received apology and was told I would receive a gift with my order as an apology and didn't, however lovely clothes and happy with what I ordered

As a new customer, I placed an order on the 16th October. I was notified on the 1st November that the order was delayed, I would be kept informed and a nice little present would be included with the order. On the 10th November the order was sent and I received it the following day - but no 'little pressie'. I emailed expressing my disappointment, but no reply. I got the email offering me the chance to make comment so, giving them the chance to get it right before I wrote my review, I tried to ring them. 4 times I tried, but no customer support person was available to talk to me. This is, therefore, my review: Be prepared for a delays and, don't hold out for their promises. I appreciate MORI is a small company and will probably improve over time, but think about your customers. Without them, you won't survive, no matter how good your products are.
