“The delivery experience was fine, driver was polite and apologetic&offered to return the damaged items if I wished. I dont have time to reorder and needed the stuff. The lackers did a very sloppy job and everything was just thrown into the carrier bags with no care whatsoever. As result, bottles containing liquids such as cooking oil and shampoo have all leaked, soaking my tins and some biscuits as well. I cleaned it all up. Packers take notice and do a better job; won't be ordering again.”
“I am a regular customer of Morrison's and this is the first time that I have felt the need to complain about the service I received at the till.I had my normal weekly shop I had my own carrier bags as usual the gentleman serving never said a word to me! OK I thought although this is very unusual at Morrison's.I couldn't believe what happened next the speed he just threw my shopping down the packing area it was piled up everywhere! I don't like confrontation but I know I should of asked him to slow down! The only time he spoke to me was to say the amount£158.14 p I paid and as normal I said thankyou still no communication whatsoever!! This man really needs to learn some customer service skills! I know everybody can have a bad day but it is not the customers fault! This experience made me feel very upset!!this was at Bangor northwales”
“Another home delivery missing items this happens every week. My shopping covered in leaking milk which had got into packets of food. Telephoned and asked the driver to come and pick it all back up, Morrisons refused this requested and told me before I continued the call was been recorded and was I happy to continue with my complaint. What the he'll that meant like I wasn't believed well I am still cleaning milk off my shopping an hour later. Morrison's have lost my customs. I spent 600 quid a month and 400 quid for my Mum they loss!”
“Hello Mr and Mrs. Morrison,
Just did a tomato splodge with a carton of your ' Italian chopped tomato with basil'. Think I must have got a carton that drank a lot of water before it left the factory. Please ensure that your cartons aren't so sloppy in future”
“I used to shop at Sainsbury and other supermarkets . I now shop at Morrisons on line and in the supermarket in Palmers Green..staff are doing a great job but there is shortage of ..shelf packing.. this is the 2nd Saturday early morning about 11.00am and trolleys everywhere and staff saying clear the way...this is weekend and items should already be on the shelf..but many items were not available..maybe it's just a couple of weekends..I hope as I love Morissons..please employ more staff and have items available for us shoppers...other than that Morissons are doing an excellent job to keep us customers with them.. thank you to all the staff.”
“I would like to say how helpful the staff are at Morrison’s in horndean. Sue and Rachel were extremely helpful on the checkout and helping me find things. I have shopped here for many years. I still come and shop here or order on line even though I do not live in horndean anymore. Have tried other supermarkets but Morrison’s is the best.”
“Whilst shopping today in Morrisons I picked up a cucumber for a salad in the week and it was soft so I picked up another and this too was soft
, then I noticed some cucumbers had been snapped in half either by customers trying to find a fresh one or staff in the hopes they could still sell them. Either way a large pile of cucumbers where on sale that would probably not last more than a day. It does highlight that food quality is not monitored as closely as it should be . This is not a one off although it often isn’t as easy to tell until you get them home and they go mouldy overnight, for example I bought some plums to have with my breakfast and they literally went to mush overnight. I’m afraid I find Asda’s fruit and veg much much better than Morrisons.”
“On line shopping, every week biscuits are not just broken but smashed to bits. Tomatoes squashed, because the people who packed the shopping have no idea how to pack. Fruit packed under tins. I am disabled, while a refund is o.k you always end up with something missing, not the answer when you cannot get out. The dates on products are short its impossible to do a weeks shopping. Maybe its just London that has a problem.”
“Produce is always smashed to pieces I think the delivery drivers must play football with it in their spare time .Not good when you open a packet of biscuits and they fall to pieces, come on Morrison's het your act together”
“I went in on the weekend in the exeter store, to pick up some fresh items. The Fresh Prep counter looked terrible for a Saturday morning. During week days it looks fresh and nicely displayed.”
“I've shopped at Tesco's for decades but recently popped into local Morrisons and was really impressed with their own brand products. They have recently started doing home online delivery in my area and l did my first order this week, absolutely fabulous, great products, fresh food really fresh and above all they were able to fulfil everything l ordered.Got my vote every time!”
“Morrisons Corby , online delivery . The nicest delivery driver I've met in a long time . His name was Quinn he was so polite and helpful and seemed so happy in his job . He cheered up my day .
Thank you Qwinn hopefully you will be the delivery driver next time I order.
Liz”
“Hi, just come home after watching football from my local club. My partner due to be my wife next month made me a lovely chicken diner made from a Morrison's chicken with all the vegetable. Now I am a bit fussy about the black bits next to the bone, but I still love the dark meat. Well I can't say how clean this piece of poultry was, I tasted it all and it was so nice and taste. So the thing I am trying to say is check there chicken out and see what you think. Chow”
“Morrison’s Walsall at 2 pm today had a rude and argumentative man on the Lottery Counter. I didn’t have a problem with what he said but I did have a problem with his bad attitude. He accused me of wanting an argument. He’d upset the customer in front of me so clearly he was having a bad day and needed to take it out on people . I can see why people shop online. I think I will start.”
“I don’t like to complain or write negative reviews, however on this occasion & given the recent and constant advertising I have to say something.
For the last week we have been bombarded with the usual Morrison’s adverts and I was particularly taken by the raspberry roulade and finally decided to take a trip to our local Morrison’s in Brighton to buy one.
On entering the store there was a huge picture adverting the roulade and I headed straight to the frozen deserts only to find out there was none in store.
On enquiring with the store manager I was told the last time they were in stock was at Christmas and some excuse that it’s only available at the larger stores, the Morrison’s in Brighton is hardly small.
Nevertheless I was told to order online or at customer services but that’s hardly the point and now when I see your advertising and wonderful offering I can’t help wondering if these items will actually be in store, so after my experience today I have a somewhat negative association with Morrison’s and your ‘false’ advertising, all I know is I wasted a trip down and ended up buying items I wasn’t even planning to just because I was in store, so I can’t help wondering if that’s the aim.
Not impressed at all!”
“I am regular customer at Morrisons in Tynemouth but have found that stock is always very low. I understand savings and the need for reducing wastage etc but you must do stock taking regularly. Myself and my neighbours are considering going shopping elsewhere because of this reason”
