Morrison's Alnwick gone for years no problems, till last week they swopped there ready salted crisps for salt or not ones..Every week I buys ton of there ready salted for film night with friends and what a freak show and annoyance this week turned out to be. Usually sit in the dark, watching film, munching crisps except WAIT, we must put the light back on and pause film as we all dig in and search for a pouch of salt thus getting greasy fingers, YUCK and you created extra packaging for our already packed recycling bin yet have the cheek to charge for bags or if someone didn't use the salt you also wasted that..Then light off film on, ohhh noooooo wait let's repeat this process several times as we make our way thru crisps...CANT TELL YOU HOW ANNOYED WE ALL WERE, and since heard several other friends and family complain about the exact same issue.Late night snack in bed while reading 🤔ERM not anymore late night search for a salt pouch instead how unrelaxing lol 😂 sometimes wonder at the makers.Trying to be healthy but making a pleasure pure insane and causing more rubbish.

Morrisons Colindale is the best store. The fruit and veg department makes the store look outstanding. Fresh fruit and vegetables are always attracting the customers. Whenever I go the veg department looks full fresh and tidy. A big thumbs up for fruit and veg

I had to send for a new morrisons more card as my mum lost mine. I have waited over ten weeks for a new card which finally came in the post this morning. I took all my receipts down to the shop to get my points put on the card, after I had been told to keep my receipts as they would all be put on the card. Over half the receipts couldn’t be put on the card. When I voiced my objection the attitude of the customer service personnel was terrible. I said it wasn’t my fault that they had took so long to send me out a new card, this after phoning them numerous times. One of the people grabbed a handful of my receipts and was waving them about shouting to the other person “are you telling me I’ve got to put all these in separately” . I had a similar incident a few weeks ago when I tried to order food for a buffet, and I got eye rolling, tutting and head shaking. I will never shop at morrisons again. Absolutely disgraceful. Constant difficulties with stock levels at local branch. Shortages of fruit and veg, milk and bread. When I asked for large skimmed milk (when shelves empty) staff member brought out one bottle. Checkout staff always good. Checkout supervisor and CS staff disinterested. Food quality good in general.

Can’t believe you’ve put the plastic bags up to 20p but it’s for the environment? So why are you now charging 20p for paper bags which are supposed to be free ???

Bad! so so bad ! Out of date food always on sale , especially in the fresh/chilled section. Shouldn’t have to check food for being out of date when purchasing. Food poisoning waiting to happen. Severely under staffed ! I feel so sorry for the staff they all look so frazzled! Greedy company wanting to push staff to the brink so they can save wages. Never ever shopping with this company again! I know most companies are low on staff ,but I have never known any other supermarket have so much food on sale that’s already out of date.

The delivery experience was fine, driver was polite and apologetic&offered to return the damaged items if I wished. I dont have time to reorder and needed the stuff. The lackers did a very sloppy job and everything was just thrown into the carrier bags with no care whatsoever. As result, bottles containing liquids such as cooking oil and shampoo have all leaked, soaking my tins and some biscuits as well. I cleaned it all up. Packers take notice and do a better job; won't be ordering again.

I am a regular customer of Morrison's and this is the first time that I have felt the need to complain about the service I received at the till.I had my normal weekly shop I had my own carrier bags as usual the gentleman serving never said a word to me! OK I thought although this is very unusual at Morrison's.I couldn't believe what happened next the speed he just threw my shopping down the packing area it was piled up everywhere! I don't like confrontation but I know I should of asked him to slow down! The only time he spoke to me was to say the amountÂŁ158.14 p I paid and as normal I said thankyou still no communication whatsoever!! This man really needs to learn some customer service skills! I know everybody can have a bad day but it is not the customers fault! This experience made me feel very upset!!this was at Bangor northwales

Another home delivery missing items this happens every week. My shopping covered in leaking milk which had got into packets of food. Telephoned and asked the driver to come and pick it all back up, Morrisons refused this requested and told me before I continued the call was been recorded and was I happy to continue with my complaint. What the he'll that meant like I wasn't believed well I am still cleaning milk off my shopping an hour later. Morrison's have lost my customs. I spent 600 quid a month and 400 quid for my Mum they loss!

Hello Mr and Mrs. Morrison, Just did a tomato splodge with a carton of your ' Italian chopped tomato with basil'. Think I must have got a carton that drank a lot of water before it left the factory. Please ensure that your cartons aren't so sloppy in future

I used to shop at Sainsbury and other supermarkets . I now shop at Morrisons on line and in the supermarket in Palmers Green..staff are doing a great job but there is shortage of ..shelf packing.. this is the 2nd Saturday early morning about 11.00am and trolleys everywhere and staff saying clear the way...this is weekend and items should already be on the shelf..but many items were not available..maybe it's just a couple of weekends..I hope as I love Morissons..please employ more staff and have items available for us shoppers...other than that Morissons are doing an excellent job to keep us customers with them.. thank you to all the staff.

I would like to say how helpful the staff are at Morrison’s in horndean. Sue and Rachel were extremely helpful on the checkout and helping me find things. I have shopped here for many years. I still come and shop here or order on line even though I do not live in horndean anymore. Have tried other supermarkets but Morrison’s is the best.

Whilst shopping today in Morrisons I picked up a cucumber for a salad in the week and it was soft so I picked up another and this too was soft , then I noticed some cucumbers had been snapped in half either by customers trying to find a fresh one or staff in the hopes they could still sell them. Either way a large pile of cucumbers where on sale that would probably not last more than a day. It does highlight that food quality is not monitored as closely as it should be . This is not a one off although it often isn’t as easy to tell until you get them home and they go mouldy overnight, for example I bought some plums to have with my breakfast and they literally went to mush overnight. I’m afraid I find Asda’s fruit and veg much much better than Morrisons.

On line shopping, every week biscuits are not just broken but smashed to bits. Tomatoes squashed, because the people who packed the shopping have no idea how to pack. Fruit packed under tins. I am disabled, while a refund is o.k you always end up with something missing, not the answer when you cannot get out. The dates on products are short its impossible to do a weeks shopping. Maybe its just London that has a problem.

Produce is always smashed to pieces I think the delivery drivers must play football with it in their spare time .Not good when you open a packet of biscuits and they fall to pieces, come on Morrison's het your act together

I went in on the weekend in the exeter store, to pick up some fresh items. The Fresh Prep counter looked terrible for a Saturday morning. During week days it looks fresh and nicely displayed.
