I bought a bottle of Fanta from Morrison the one in the Byker Newcastle and it was raining outside so me and my wife decided to sit in the cafe area and wait, we had Morrison breakfast there then a Staff member came to us and said we are not allowed to have a drink which we bought from the store! I personally think it is very bad customer service

I'm a regular shopper at Morrison's and they were my big supporter as we major stores and soon to be opened store in Sutton Surrey. I bought the Garlic Chicken in bag which I had previously had the pleasure of eating with my family but the last two times i have found that it taste and takes as long as boiling chicken. Not only that but the potatoes i bought from Morrison seem like bullets, Its disgusting that we have to pay for rubbish that's not only a health risk but a waste of money. After shopping there for over 10 yrs, I think the competition may just win me over!!!!

I would like to thank Danny, the manager of the Morrisons store in Wood Green, North London. I do not usually shop at Morrisons but I needed to buy a souvenir bottle of alcohol for a friend. I was wondering around the aisle quite puzzled when a member of the staff, in fact the manager, Danny came to help, he patiently enlightened me on different products and options suitable for the occasion. He also helped me to sort out a different issue I had with 'an external machine' they have in their store and which I misused. Thanks again Danny for such a great help! Gab :)

We used Morrisons restaurant when we did our weekly shopping. The food was okay, especially the fish and chips, and reasonably priced. The assistant at the menu stand who took our order was helpful and efficient. Then they changed it and undid much that was good about it. Long queues and till staff who have to pop into the kitchen for food information. Some of the staff seem to be working on the wrong sections which causes queue hold ups (it took 10 minutes for our order to be taken and then it was wrong). You can't have a JUST a burger or toastie without having chips and salad and if you dont want chips and salad you have to pay for them anyway. There is no flexability with menu's now and a simple lunch costs more so we will be eating at MacDonalds from now on.

I visited your Jarrow Store on Tuesday evening around 5 o clock. I was looking for some Oat milk for my vegetarian daughter but could not find it in the milk section. One of your Morrisons staff called Kelly was walking past me and asked if I needed any help with anything. I explained that I was looking for Oat milk and she said that she thought it might be in the long life milk section. Although it wasn't there, she then proceeded to take me to the front of the store where the free from / Gluten free section was. To my delight she was able to locate the milk for me. Success! Well done Morrisons on employing friendly, helpful staff, able to go the extra mile without hesitation - and lots of smiles.

I use the Borehamwood store nearly every day since it opened. I am fed up with the shelves being empty even at lunch time the bread, sandwiches and lots more. I couldn't even get a packet of paracetamol last week. You can guarantee every time you go you can see at least five members of staff in the smoking are and the biggest culprit is the actual store manager. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS STORE....?????

Morrisons loyalty card scheme is the worst that i have ever experienced in the history of loyalty scheme that operates across stores and supermarket in the UK. I usually shop at Stratford branch, i was offered a temporary card to acquire points until i register for a permanent card. At the point of registration, the points on the temporary card was suppose to be transferred to the permanent card as stated by Morrisons but alas; that never happened. I went for shopping at stratford branch; bought stuffs worth about £80; swiped my card to accumulate point; only for a message to come up on the screen that my card is invalid. i was directed to speak to customer service advisor who now told me that if i dont use it for 2 months, it will go invalid and that i have to apply for another one. Well, they've just lost another customer because a'int going back there. I have other stores loyalty card that i sometimes use maybe; 5 times a year and it never went invalid. Who ever is in charge of customer experience should look into this as it is not the best way to operate the loyalty scheme. if morrisson's are not capable of operating the service, then they should wait until they are bouyant enough to reward customers

Morrisons should NOT advertise for something if they can't meet the demand. A Tomahawk steak that is advertised across all newspaper, I can't even get it when going in at 7:20am when they open at 7, and the butcher told me they sold out at 7:01am which is ridiculous when it is not an 1 day offer but 4 days. Which kept me wondering, you guys either cannot kept with the demand or you just order 5 for a day. Which makes me think you advertise it just because you want more people to walk in your stores to shop at your place, which in fact left the consumer felt CHEATED! In conclusion, DON'T ADVERTISE IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT!

Bought a blender that does not properly work. The blender worked at first, yet turned off by itself after few seconds. When I go back to Morisson for replacement, the staff rejected my request since the blender worked when the staff tried it. The blender also has been used since the seal was broken and I found steam on the lid.

The Bargoed store is my local as I do not drive and rely on taxis to take me and my shopping home and I have tried the firm that has the freephone but sometimes they don't have taxis available for 30 mins or more but today I felt like I was being frog marched into their taxi by the owner, charlie who was quite intimidating to the people coming out of the store. I don't think this should be allowed and people have a choice of the many different taxi firms around this area.

We use the Aylesbury store restaurant every Thursday afternoon and would like to commend Ashley (who we think is the manager) and his staff for the service and friendliness. We happened to miss going last week, and when we arrived for our meal this week expressed that they missed us and was everything alright. We just do not know any restaurant that give such a friendly service, always a smile to welcome us. Alan and Jean Driver

Visiting Malton in North Yorkshire today I asked the gentleman who was collecting trolleys about using Morrisons Car Park and did we need to purchase a ticket. He was so helpful, pleasant and cheerful, he informed us about parking procedures, shop opening hours and told us about the Food Festival that was taking place in Malton he also gave directions on how to get to the Food Market on foot. Thank you Chris for your help. will use Morrisons next time we are in Malton

We always shop at the Morrison's in Yeovil as it is close to us and usually everything is OK but this week we bought some fresh cod or we thought was fresh but when we got home and my husband went to cut it,it had a white worm in the flesh and the fish smelt badly after it was unwapped. My husband took it back to Morrison's and got a refund and was asked for a contact number number and our address. The staff was really helpful but it has put us off buying the fish from there again. Shurley the fishmongerthere would of smelt that fish was not right when it was packed?

Used Morrisons online service for the first time - never again. Life is too short to do this again. The order took three times as long to input as any other retailer due to the user-unfriendly search and display of the products. The fish ordered had a use-by date of 2 days but was off when I went to use it. When I rang customer service I was told they have a policy of how long after an order you can ring, which I had exceeded! They could send me a voucher towards another online order only, which I refused. The delivery man was helpful and friendly, and apologetic for being late. No substitutions on the order. However, overall not recommended.
