I bought today . The salted caramel profiteroles . Omg! They are gorgeous. Morrisons have excelled in this product. Please continue doing these . Please do not bring them out wholly for Xmas and Easter . These should be an all the year product. More so because salted caramel is the in thing !.

I am start of by saying that i loyal customer of Morrisons. i have been choosing Morisons as they provide quality products in manner prices. As i recently heard the managing director talked on BBC 4 and discuss about how customer service is their main target for this year, in my branch of leeds city center but also in Wetherby which is my employment i saw many differences of how thinks have change in this sector, although i think they should focus a little bit more in the food quality. And by that said i mean the hygiene standards the government sets. I acknowledge that many of us will chose that deal that expires today which sometimes gives you up to 50% off the original price, you will consume it on the same day (before its expiration window) and that it. Well thats part of the story, in my surprise i saw many times the close-date expiration items been moved and gather on a trolley, it seems practical right? But what if this trolley was left there, away from fridges and at an above +5 Celsius? well the answer is simple, the food would go bad before that expiration date. i have purchase many times those deals but since i have many stomach problems in past years i now stop buying them. i wont stop there though cause as much as seen offer items rounded up on a trolley, i also seen yogurts, other dairy and meet products being left in a trolley unattended for long periods. in some of my visits to the supermarket i have seen several times a trolley of food somewhere in shop intended to be shorted in the fridge. to sum up, since the, in order to get the freshers food i ask stuff and i consult the expiry dates allowing for up to 2 days prior expiration date in order to ensure freshness. I would like to see some changes to this behavior towards food cause I would like to keep being their customer. There are many supermarkets which I am sure that the do the same, but I want my supermarket to be different. Thank you.

Having been intrigued by the other customer reviews for Highland Game Venison Grillsteaks, I bought some a week ago. I didn't find them at all fatty/greasy. They were very thick when cooked and had a very dense, fine, almost rubbery texture, and were quite all right to eat. I found the smell and taste strange, and not smelling of venison, but my companion who has a poor sense of smell enjoyed his. But I am surprised that these venison steaks contain little more than 50% venison, and are nearly 25% pork. And I'm surprised that their creator should choose to downgrade a healthy product like venison by mixing with pork which is perhaps the most contaminated of meats, unless organically reared. But this probably isn't important for most customers.

On 20th January 2016 I had the misfortune of taking a tin of soup off a shelf to put in my basket but the tin was open so it went over my navy calf length coat, over our shopping and in the hair of the elderly lady of 86 I was pushing in a wheelchair. The staff initially were great helping me and offered to dry clean my coat. It was cleaned 6 times and still the soup did not come out so now it is ingrained. Trying to get a replacement coat out of them is unbelievable. the insurers are delaying in the hope I go away. I have had three 30mile trips to the store in Dundee and each time I had to speak to someone else and retell what happened. The customer service is pathetic and the Insurers seem to be living in the past. All they have to do is go online price a similar coat and take the average it is not rocket science.

I would like to compliment the Staff at Mayo Avenue, Bradford. When visiting family, we usually shop in the Mayo Store because we live too far from a Morrison's down South. We always receive great service, friendly and helpful. This visit we found the service spot on. I would like to thank the member of staff who came to ask if I needed any assistance. I was temporary on my own ,husband off looking for an item, in my wheelchair. Check out again very friendly and efficient. I went to look at the flouristry section whilest hubby took the shopping to the car. It was so well set out with well tended plants and cut flowers. The assistant Sylvia was lovley and I complimented her on the display she told me how pleased she was with my response . The display looked like she cared and I told her so, her response was yes she did enjoy her work. The section was in its self very uplifting and the best I have seen in any supermatket. Please let Daniel her line manager I have contacted you and say thank you the the management team. Erica Kibble

GIBRALTAR MORRISONS is the only UK supermarket for miles around so they can, and do, sell what looks like good UK food to UK ex-pats but is in fact a factory produced effigy of the real thing. Full price, great labeling and packaging but most products don't taste of anything whereas the Ultimate Beef Rib defied all previous experiences of The Sacred Cow in that, in place of succulent tender beef rib was a conglomerate of white jelly-like fat We did NOT feed the (copious) left overs to our dog! Why do we go? The breakfast is OK and the Daily Mail at UK price. Sad isn't it

Morrisons Goole...my husband and I made the mistake of putt too many items on the 10 items only check out. The Assistant let us load I items on the check out and then said NO I offered to pay in two lots of 10 (there was nobody behind us so no body to hold up). again she said NO. To cut a long story short she was extremely rude and then shout at me not to talk to her like a child or be abusive.....I have later found out that she is KNOWN FOR THIS and in fact other employees apologised for her...not the supervisors they did not want to know and the looks on their faces were Oh no here we go again with her. She should not be in customer services and never be let loose with customers ever again. My last word is that she needs to be advised that her appearance need to be addressed.....There are however two members of your staff who are excellent I don't know the names but the dark haired gentleman on the till always has a line of customers waiting for him because he is polite and always has a happy work for everyone and the young fair haired man by the self service check out.....you need to looking for more like these...........Shocking customer service. sheree hughes...PS I will be tweeting this.....see what other people have experienced at the hands of this woman

Hi, to start I have almost stopped shopping at my morrisons Gainsborough store, the staff seem to come to a standstill at the checkouts talking to friends, just sit talking as if your not there, last week after a long wait till my checkout woman had finished her long chat,I asked her to put my fresh meat two large pkts pork and large pkt cumberland sausage in a carrier bag she didn't like it because I had to ask her,she should have done this without asking, been fresh meat I put the meat in the trolley and because there was some room left in the carrier I pushed some frozen peas in the bag thinking they would keep the meat cool, she growled you'll have to pay for that carrier now, you've put something else in it,Just mean, hope she gets a pay rise for losing morrisons a customer, but she did make 5p extra on the day, ? go ALDI now.

I have used various supermarkets for the last few years after becoming a little disillusioned with the various major supermarkets. I have to say that the support Morrisons has given to local yorkshire communities during and after the flooding is not only generous but went beyond what could be expected. You have won my business! Well done.........

Neglected Staff Poor Service Terrible Managers Shopped in the North for a while and amazing how the shopping experience is so similar from store to store. The Store Managers are rude and where possible will avoid contact with customers (especially me). Been shopping at Morrisons for over 20 years and some of the staff i have seen time and time again, clearly you can tell they are miserable and the more time passes the more miserable they are getting, no wonder we as customers get poor service, cannot blame the staff but the management. The new company owners are not really doing a good job. Sale stock is never there and just the price label is not good to me without the product, always told they have sold out.... dissapointing. The manager at Idle store has to be the rudest, told me i need to shop elsewhere if im not happy. I am close to a staff member in the Thornbury store who is planning her escape from Morrisons, if staff dont want to stay why would customers want to? Im off to Lidls after i submit this. avoid the hassle just go to Lidl! no overcharges, simple layout, simple strategy, good experience, friendly staff and no ill medieval managers who cant handle constructive feedback. Ive complained to many times to expect this to be sorted now so not like ive not given them a chance. Somebody at the top obviously doesnt care. no wonder share price is falling.
