I have been a loyal Morrisons online customer for just over a year. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill recently with deliveries being delayed over an hour regularly and missing items that I have been charged for but not delivered. I am disabled and had to go out to a 24 hour garage to buy an essential missing item at 11.30pm due to my delivery being so late. As it was a garage I had to pay £8 extra to what I would normally. Unapologetic and rude call centre staff. Lost a customer. This is happening too frequently

Four stars because they sell whole kale leaves? Are you serious? Did you do any other shopping, or was this your only purchase?

I regularly order groceries for delivery online. This week I received my order but unfortunately they had packed my washing up liquid in with some perishables and cans and it had burst covering the contents of the bag. After the driver had left and I noticed I called customer services not to complain but to see if the driver was close enough to pop back and view the goods and credit me for the spoiled items. I was advised that the driver was too far away and that I should keep the goods til they could return and that they would reorder the damaged items. As a disabled person I really needed the items the same day as I cannot get to the shops. Whilst I appreciate that this was an accident I didn't appreciate being told to store the bag of goods until they could be collected....washing up liquid was all over my floor and work tops for me to clean up. And I had to request that the replacement goods were honoured at the original price. The customer service agent said one item was no longer on iffer but they would credit me with the 50 p difference. Am I supposed to be grateful?? It would have been nice if I had received an apology and maybe a refund of the delivery cost. Perhaps I should send morrisons a bill to clean up the soapy mess... Or maybe instead of being nice about the situation I should have had a good shout. Clearly being nice and trying to be fair is not the way forward as I came off the phone feeling like I was to blame. Time to try a new delivery service that cares....

Terrible company. Extremely high prices (catching up with Tesco) and fresh fruit that is an absolute disgrace. Their fresh veg is not much better. They are also introducing more self service checkouts in their stores. Come on people, don't use them!! You pay for staff on checkouts within every single thing you buy, no matter what it is or how small it may be. If you MUST use them then demand discounts for doing so. If enough of you do so they will either say yes or you can shop elsewhere. Apart from Aldi anywhere is better than Morrisons.

Looking for an item, couldn't find it. Spoke to an assistant ,who told me not stocked. Then she came to me at till with the items. Apologies, she had misinformed me. So pleased she had bothered to keep Looking and then find me.

I sometimes shop online. I did so this week, edited my order this morning at 1am for my 19.30-20.30pm delivery slot. As always, there was a knock at the door and my order was delivered by 'Daniel'. By 19.35 it was all put away. Everything was there and no mix-ups or substitutes, the driver knew exactly whay he had to deliver and it was all ready on my doorstep. Fabulous service Morrisons, first class all round, I just cannot fault you. Thank you once again.

two stars for company, four for staff Hi, visited my local store in Redditch today which l have shopped at for 11 years and despite the temperature outside the store inside was very cold, I needed some old points added to my points card and whilst at the customer services desk I got talking the lady and mentioned the coldness of the store and she said the heating hadn't being working for some time and despite the customer complaints the management hadn't bothered to fix it (guessing there offices are okay). But what's worse that these staff are working in freezing conditions and are shivering most of the day and this ladies exact words "staff dread coming to work because of the coldness in-store and having to work in it for hours". Morrison's should be disgusted in themselves and sort this now!!!!!!

For the last four weeks our local Morrisons has had many shelves partially empty with products we normally buy unavailable. Perhaps, the local competition from Lidl and B & M has proved too much! There has been a marked deterioration in this supermarket.

Having received shopping covered in milk and a sticky substance, I directed my complaint to their customer services team. The manager could only help with getting my products collected, there was no attempt at real compensation, very poor service from a major supermarket. Having explained the driver does not wait around until you unpack all your shopping and I could return them then, it was a sub-standard experience, maybe they find it acceptable that you spend over an hour wiping milk etc from the items they have delivered.

I can honestly say this about Morrison's , worked there for 16 and a ½ and this is not right .. First few years I spent dogging , taking cardboard of shelves for recycling , I asked the company nicely for extra hours " which they obliged " .. Working nights I was told to replenish the aisles , pallets have to be under a red line which should be under 6 ft .. now most nights I worked there they came in over that red line , me being 4 ft 11 had problems stretching to reach some stuff off the pallets .. the manager constantly bullied me into why I was so slow at my replenishing , I tried explaining about the pallets but he wasn't interested .. After a few yrs working on nights , I got a curvature of the spine , lost my hearing and on top of that got epilepsy .. My epilepsy in under control now as my hearing , wearing hearing aids .. Now after my torment on nights I said it was too much as it was making me ill , they decided to put me into a cafe as an assistant .. I was mainly on the dishwasher , this is where I started getting depressed and had anxiety .. what with my other illnesses I didn't need the manageress to be on my case 24/7 .. I had hearing loss and couldn't hear her half the time , I did explain this , well I didn't need to as she could see I wore hearing aids .. I told her about my depression and anxiety and my curvature of the spine I got from night working she laughed at me .. never mind my epilepsy which was under control .. Now I worked in the cafe for quite a few years .. Complained about the store manager at nights , nothing was done about it .. then I complained about the manageress on days in the cafe nothing was done about it .. Well September 2017 I was suffering from really bad depression what with my Aunt going into hospital eventually she died .. I did something twice not thinking stole a cereal bar and got dismissed and sacked .. Now bereavement , my anxiety , even as my doctor told me it could have been kleptomania or an epileptic episode that made me do this as I've never stole a thing in my life until then .. Dismissed and sacked and was even told my attendance record was at 97% .. they were not interested in my loyalty to the company in 16 and a ½ years , they didn't even consider the way I was when I stole them items .. If you feel Morrison's is a good company after reading this .. then so be it ..
