“My delivery was due on Thursday 27 June 11~12 then told it would an hour late then told the driver had ran out delivery time so no delivery and when it does turn up on Friday 28 June no frozen goods and had to send fridge stuff back as date was no good looks like it was kept in the van over night”

“Working at morrisons is terrible and made up depends who you are and who you no not how hard you work and how knowledgeable you are you can work hard for a company all your life and if your face doesnt fit they dont want you at all and too top matters off they put people in positions they were useless at years ago why is this no wonder morrisons is failing in areas in experienced workers no training poor in store management and just favourite people that are just continually milking the company with no 1 challenging them they also would rather keep peoppe stealing off them on regular basis also un proffesional managers who dont care if products pass its sell by date why i dont understand this mentallity as this effects profits i still think tge executives at morrisons are still oblivios to who creates issues at morrisons i am right in what i say very truthful morrisons use to be an household name but trully ruined me for uneccessary reasons other people who currently work therr should be assesed regulary for there work performance as a manager i never had disciplinary for work performance despite me not being wanted i feel that this is because of my wage at the time and annual pay rises nowadays the start pay for my role is about 50 percent less to what salary i was on on 12 years ago come on morrisons wheres your morales okay some people should have been given the bullet but so many people no in the end i was just a number not thqt the fact i could do the work of 3 to 5 people abd still manager a shift i think the executives and top bosses are at an uphill struggle to revive the business 1 key area is poor managers in wrong areas of the business if i was still at morrisons i could easily rip into stores and there standards and qaulity and make maangers accountable on there productivity which is none exsistent in many of your stores and i no this from past experience i am only writing this as morrisons was a big part of my life stolen away from me and i am still suffering now e.g by employing people into my role within the company which is insulting to be fair as back in the day when performance and hard work was monitored instead of your face fits these people would not be in there current positions they failed years ago so why now all of a sudden they can do this position within the company instore management and stores is clearly evident it is made up i hope someone from morrisons contacts me with a response maybe your ceo i would be grateful thanks”

Even though the store was quite busy ... and the lady, who I found out was named Claire, was running around helping shoppers.
She took time out and sat with my Grand daughter while she took my daughter through her purchases. My grand daughter Raeyah loved it.
I just want to say that you to Claire for taking the time to do this.
This happened on June 20th at the Coventry Alvis on Holyhead road.
Raeyah apparently told ALL of her friends and I'm afraid poor Claire is going to be inundated Sorry Claire.”
“Absolutely terrible company, just supply their local shops with rotten products. I personally have suffered chronic food poisoning recently from "so called " fresh salad. Prices are ridiculously high and, lack of produce is a regular occurance. Customer service does not exist.”
“I go in Colne Morrison’s most mornings for the meal deal. The Costa Coffee machine is hardly ever working because it’s not filled up daily. You have to then ask someone in the restaurant to have a look at it but they can’t because they’re always short staffed. Why offer something if you can’t sell it! I’ve told the store manager about this a few weeks ago but nothings happened. Joke of a store!”
“[ recieved my order for home delivery. the jersey potatoes pre packed were disgusting,i had to peel them as the skins were deceased,who ever you have as a buyer, is not keeping there finger on the pulse, this keeps happening each year, the first few packs are lovely, but then the standard goes down. i am in my seventies and cannot do a photo but this is a honest truthful complaint,.”

“Morrisons pack of 4 salmon fishcakes bought at Redditch supermarket...probably the worst fishcakes we have ever experienced. Although you could taste salmon, they were dry with a centre of tasteless cheese. Would be willing to pay a lot more than £3 for a decent product. You buy cheap, you get tasteless cheap. Such a shame products like this are being turned out.”
“I went to Morrisons in bedwell Stevenage on Wednesday 29th may the shop was packed out two staff working but only one serving the other was felling the shelf with chewing gum what should have taken me 2mins took about 15mins as the lady was having to do post office and all the other opening and closing times are inconsistent it’s becoming a real pain of a store”

“While shopping with my elderly parents one of which has dementia. We was treated rudely by a young women at the self service. If working with the public isn't for you, I would suggest a change of career. Totally put me of wanting to spend my money in this store. Shopping with a person with dementia is hard enough without dealing with what I can only describe as a kid with attitude. More training is needed and remember not all disabilities are visual. Stay away and shop elsewhere is my advice.”
