“The delivery driver was prompt, very efficient and friendly. She explained single substituted item straight away even though I had already been made aware by e-mail. She also spotted a leaking bottle of water that I missed and made a note for refund immediately. Dealings with customer services via e-mail were also courteous and positive.
This is the second time I've used Morrisons and am now using them in preference to other on-line supermarkets. My previous choice was constantly out of stock of items I wanted. So far Morrisons is good. They also sell a few brands that I really like and can't easily get from other on-line supermarkets.”

“The wheels have dropped off this supermarket firm. Staff morale poor, staff cut-backs mean lousy service and shelves empty at all times of day. Management is poor and seldom visible. The only good thing now is their home delivery service. Never go to stores these days.”
