“Awful experience, bought 4 items for a lot of money, they never sent anything I purchased, one of the items they sent even got delivered to a different address according to the online tracking, I emailed them about this then the next day the tracking info somehow CHANGED to show delivery to completely different address (I screen shotted everything for proof), both the addresses it claimed this one parcel was delivered to WHERE THE WRONG ADDRESS, one was a completely different county!!! The next order was for over 300 EUR and was not even sent to me. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.”

£50 import charges. A small % refund offered to compensate the damage that wouldn’t even cover the repair! No understanding that returning the item is pointless as for them to receive it back it would cost and then cost another £50 import for me to receive another!

Worst experience ever with online shopping. I bought some side bags for my motorbike ( as I suppose to travel trought Europe from the 3 of June )at the beginning of Abril that supposed to be delivered in 10 days time, Nothing as been delivered and after 15 days I wrote to the company that told me that the delivery time was 55 days, and was scheduled for the 26 of May. Still nothing happened so I wrote again the 27 of May and they assure me that will deliver on 4 of June. That was very late but I reschedule my tour cross Europe for the 8 June. Nothing been delivered yet again, and ones I went back to the company they told me that still don't have the side bags, and I'll have to wait 6 to 8 weeks !!!!! And if I didn't like it I could order from someone else, when I've been already waiting for 70 days!!ITS A JOKE!!!
I ask them to find a solution and if they could offer me some different bags or I I had to ask for refund, explaining them that I lost by old debit card and that de refund had to be on the new one.....wait for this...
They wrote an email blaming me for the delay telling me that I knew it already and that they refund me on the los card!
They are scummers! Be very aware! I have to change all the plans of holidays that I did after one year of hard work, as it was impossible to leave without bags, and with a very thight budget .

Write email to company they sad by some mistake it went to them back but said when they will received it back send again to me.

“I ordered a few pieces from this company in the sale during black Friday, the items were returned to the company by DHL because Motea had somehow shipped the order to the wrong address. Mistakes happen and their response was decent, they offered me a full refund or I could confirm the address and they would send it again. In response to this email I had asked a couple of questions, "how long would it take if sent again", "how long would a refund take". I had wanted the products and had not planned on a refund. The response I got to that email was "as agreed we have sent your order again". None of my questions were answered and I had not given a new address. I asked what address was it sent to and they responded with again the same "wrong" address. This baffled me as why would you send it again to the wrong address instead. I have checked the DHL link this morning and again the parcel has been returned to them, I am still awaiting a response to simple questions from my first email, and the only response I keep getting is "As already agreed we have sent it". You would have to go out of your way to both not bother reading the emails in response to their mistake in the first place. Extremely poor service.”

“Horrible service. I ordered a couple of items 2 months ago. After one month without even getting a tracking ID or something to know where the order is, I wrote them. They asked for payment confirmation. When I sent it to them, I was told there was a transmission error but the package is unlocked, so everything is fine. A month passed again, still no tracking ID so I wrote them again. This time they claimed I have not payed enough (not true) and should send payment confirmation again.
Many mistakes, slow responses, I am not even sure now that I will ever receive this order. Definite 1 star, wouldn't recommend to anyone.”
“What a nightmare to deal with. I ordered over £300 of accessories from Motea Germany website, the website processed my order, payment was made only to then be told that as I checked out as a guest, the order was not placed. Having spoken to them and assured that the payment would not be taken from my account, i created an account with them, re ordered the parts, which all went through ok. The following day Motea take 2 x the amount from my bank. They do not answer the phone or respond to e mails. 1 package out of 3 is still in germany DHL damaged. I am over £600 out of pocket with just 2 of the parts delivered so far out of 4 ordered. Deal with at your peril.”
