"Bought a stand which initially turned up with a damaged allen bolt, so was initially unable to put the stand together. Worked round this after receiving no help other than return the whole unit to motea. Once built I found the mounting plate designated for my particular bike was incorrect. I sent pictures and documents to motea showing and describing the issue, only to be sent a bandolier of nuts, bolt and washers. Completely contrary to what was needed. Shambles of a company and support. Website states 24\/7 customer support. Incorrect. You get an automated response which I assume covers their 24\/7 response. You then have to wait days for a response and even then as I eluded to get the wrong results. Returning the item is a nightmare in itself. Not user friendly. Steer clear of this company at all costs. Reduced prices on their website for a reason."

"I ordered a motorcycle tire changer from Motea. It arrived 5 months later. It was fabricated in China. After 1 use on a rear tire of our Yamaha R1, the welds on the unit broke.. The weld was ~30mm long, but was off location and only held the two parts together over 2mm. I've contacted Motea service 4 times now with only a computer response that is automatically generated asking me if the part does not fit. All I look for is a decent response from a real person. I'd like them to replace the faulty component. I imagine I'll just take it to a weld repair shop and pay them to repair the faulty part. I do believe they are a legitimate company. I honestly thought I lost my money. Their focus on the customer is lacking."

"If it let me do no stars that would be my decision.. bought parts for my bike states they\u2019re for my bike \u00a3400 worth and they don\u2019t fit nor will they accept my return of them having paid extra for the 30 day return guarantee..im very unhappy \ud83d\ude41 absolutely garbage company with poor quality control and costumer service."
