“If anyone from the USA that has ordered from an affiliate of motel rocks and have not received the item that should have been delivered by the USPS and never received it, contact the northwest post office in Dallas Tx for more info. Motel rocks is aware that your items are not being returned to them due to a lack of postage that is not being paid on their end for such non deliverable items.”

“Awful delivery and returns policy, had an item with a broken zip and a dress missing they are unwilling to refund for the missing dress! An absolute joke i doesn’t 276 with them. Do not shop here”

“I am rating this company 2 stars because I did receive sweat pants that I really like but they were not worth $80, could have bought the same quality for $50/60 at Pac Sun. I also I bought 3 tops from them and all of them were around $40 each. Each top felt like it was made at the same shop as Shein clothing. Very cheap, thin fabric. No stretch at all. Didn’t end up wearing these $40 tops because they sucked. Love their aesthetic and the website but quality is TRASH for the price. Wouldn’t recommend.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. I received my package over a week later and only one out of ten items I bought arrived. They’re refusing to look into it any further as they are aware they are scamming people. I’m convinced they sent one item just so that they can claim that everything from my order was delivered. I spent a lot of money and am very disappointed. Don’t buy from here.”

“I’ve been shopping on Motel Rocks for 3 years. Clothes and design are cute (and expensive for the quality) but every time I have returned something (last time 2 weeks ago) I have to pray them to refund me. If you don’t contact them you can wait for months and still you won’t have your refund. Make sure you have your proof of return and the tracking number, or forget your money. I won’t buy from them again as it’s not worth the hassle to go through every time they have to give money back.”

“the discount code did not apply when I used it on the site, emailed them immediately asking for the discount and if they couldn't do that to just refund me. they refused to do either despite getting back to me less than 24 hours after the purchase.”

“I'm sorry but just don't even bother ordering from this website. I accidentally ordered two of the same swimsuits and I couldn't get in contact with any customer service to cancel one of the orders. Neither of the swimsuits fit and you could basically make this with a sheet of fabric they were each $37. Finally got in contact with customer service and they only allowed me to return one swimsuit. When I clicked on shipping to return it was $24 dollars. not even worth returning at that price. Probably up charging to make a profit on the shipping returns. From Dallas, it should be around $8 for a tiny parcel.”

“Placed my order on the 16th of May, still haven't received it and it still hasn't even been shipped to Portugal. Their cc representative told me it would take 4 to 8 working days but today is the 1st of June and it's been more than that. Customer service is refusing to refund me my money and simply are ignoring my emails. Not only their cc have lied to me but also scammed me. I don't know what to do but this is simply a disgraceful attitide towards the customers and they have scammed me for money...I want my money back and they are refusing to refund it. Should they not refund me my money - I hope their business will close because treating customers like thaf is a no go.”

“Clothes were poor quality, cheaply made. Bad sizing - I’m an Australian 8 so bought a size small (what the ‘models’ wear) but it was massive, so big. I think about an Australian 12. Then I had to pay $25 for return shipping, which took a month. Don’t waste your money.”

“The quality was garbage for the price you pay. Also had to pay 75 dollars on a $200 dollar order in duty fees (shipping to Canada). Not worth the money at all. The item also fit way smaller than expected for a size small. Do not recommend and suggest you save your money.”

“If I could give this company a zero I would. My 13 year old daughter asked me to purchase her clothes from this site. First they don't tell you it's in USD but no problem I paid it. Then they add $17 for shipping. Rip off for 2 pairs of pants and a shirt but great. I paid it. Then I get an email 2 days later saying I owe them $96 for duties. The clothes were $195 USD (ALREADY A RIP OFF) and now you want 50% more in taxes? I asked them to cancel my order and the best I got was sorry pay us the duties and we will refund your money at some point. You're joking right? I buy online daily like everyone else and this has never happened. So not buy anything from this site you will be disappointed for sure. Service is terrible a d their policy is even worse.”

“Placed an order with them, they delivered it to the wrong place, I am within my rights for them to redeliver/refund as they need to fulfil a contractual obligation with me when I placed an order with them that was accepted. However, they need to "investigate" even though the courier gave them photo evidence of delivering the parcel to a completely different location!!!!!!! £200.00, they ripped me off! Also, I posted on social media and they deleted the post so they do not give customers full transparency of what they are about. If they were reputable they would have addressed my concerns and also provided better customer support/service to reassure me that they would not take my money and deliver my items. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS BRAND, stick with reputable, trusted ones only to avoid the headache, stress and frustration!!!!”

“Disgusting Placed my first order and parcel arrived with half the items missing. No paperwork provided or information to advise if missing items are in another parcel. When I check my account tracking number for all the items are the same but over £200 worth of items missing from a £341 order.”
