I will never shop from this company ever again. Cheap clothes and the customer service was TERRIBLE. They make you pay to return your clothes, and if they don’t except the return, they will make you pay to get them back or DISPOSE of them.

Awful. I purchased from the US and was waiting almost 2 weeks before I realized I had not gotten a shipping confirmation email from my order. I emailed the company and they told me my parcel was "lost." They offered 25% off my NEXT purchase and gave me no discount to re ship the package or faster shipping at an almost 20 day wait. In addition, if I had not emailed customer service, I would have lost my money and never been contacted about my clothes. Never purchasing from this website again and neither should you.

Horrible refunding system and quality. I’ve ordered on Black Friday and sent everything back. Not only did I have to pay for shipping to return it, I haven’t received a refund till this day. Customer service is telling me that they haven’t received my returned package yet, even though delivery services state the opposite: they have received it 2 MONTHS ago.

I had a horrible experience with this store. I placed an order on a dress and realized immediately the address was incorrect - my bad. I understand that that was my fault. I emailed literally seconds after placing the order and kindly asked if there was a way to cancel the order or change the address (as it was sent to a different city than I live in). They did not get back to me for 3 days and all they said was that there was nothing they could do and the dress was already on it's way. On their website it says cancellations and changing addresses can be options if you communicate with them quickly enough. and if immediately after ordering isn't quick enough, then I do not know what is. I have dealt with similar issues at different online stores and had no issues and always received the help I needed. Not to mention only in the fine print can you find out if you are international you have to pay clearance fees up to 20$. So now i am out 80$ and a random person will be receiving a dress. Will not be purchasing from this site again.

I bought a dress for my daughter for Christmas, and the sizing was very inaccurate. Although I bought her size, it didn’t fit her at all an was lacking quality. When I went to return it, I was told they had a 14- day return policy, at Christmas! And then she said they sometimes allow 30 days (um, which one is it?) but I was ten days beyond that. (I bought it in early Dec and have it to her for Xmas, and was within the 30-day range from Xmas day.) No offer of a credit. No offer of a discount on a future purchase. Nothing. So I am stuck with a dress I don’t want. I will never shop at this outlet again. If they handled the return better, I would not be writing this negative review. When buying online, and at Xmas, a return policy that considers the customer is everything.

Posting here too so people know how appalling this company is. I ordered $300 worth of clothing two days ago off Motel. Immediately I realised I had purchased the wrong size in a pair of pants so I emailed customer service straight away and asked if they could please change it to the other size as it hadn’t been shipped yet and their terms say they can cancel the order before it has been shipped. The girl I spoke to said they couldn’t do it as it had already been shipped however when she sent me the shipment notification it was a separate order I had placed. I told her this and asked if she could still cancel the one that hadn’t yet been shipped. She never responded and that order was shipped off this afternoon with no regard to my simple request after I’d spent a whole lot of money at their store. The customer service team is an absolute joke. I will not be purchasing again from this store. I’ll now have a pair of pants that don’t fit properly because of their bs sizing and no way of returning them as I don’t live in the UK. Update - I complained to the same woman I’ve been talking to this whole time and she tried to gaslight me saying “we recommend stating the correct order number clearly and exactly what you’d like to do”. I stated the correct order number - she just couldn’t be bothered looking it up and instead looked up my name and just assumed it was the other order I had placed. If I could give Motel 0 stars I would. Their customer service is a disgrace.

A rivet immediately fell off the jeans (which were otherwise very cute) and I found that US returns are $27.35! That's a lot to lose due to a manufacturing defect.

Unreliable website. Hidden return costs and dodgy return website thats called rebound that has terrible reviews. I want to return €90 worth of clothes and I am scared I will not recieve my refund. Clothes are ridclously overpriced also. Do not order from this website

part of my order never came and I was not refunded. They claim my parcel was destroyed on delivery which it wasn't... I just want my money back honestly. Won't shop here again very unhelpful

Scam company that requested personal information just for buying a shirt and a pair of pants they said i needed to send my drivers license or passport to ‘confirm my address’ which is not normal to ask but had no problem taking the $85 from my account!!! I emailed back saying I want to cancel my order and haven’t received a refund!!! Don’t buy from this company very over priced and unprofessional!!

The customer service team straight up lies. They take ages to get back to you, placed an order twice and both times got the same response that they contacted the courier and have to declare my package as lost. Bunch of baloney when in the three weeks since I placed the order, no shipping confirmation was even sent to me. Shady as hell, absolutely not worth it

Absolutely awful company. The past 3 times I have ordered I didn’t receive a refund on ANY order. Each time I had to chase all orders up to get a refund. They obviously rely on people not realising they haven’t been refunded to make more money. Atrocious.

Beware of false promises! Website stated orders would be received by Christmas but it came and went and the order hadn't even left the UK. Customer service lied to me and said it was shipped the day after the order was placed but tracking info showed it was a week later. The clothes were my daughter's main Christmas presents so she was disappointed to have nothing to open. Clearly they knew the orders would not make it on time - very unscrupulous practices and downright miserable to ruin people's Christmas gift giving.

If I could give zero stars I would! Placed my order Dec 1 paid $30 for expedited shipping and my order hadn’t arrived! Has been stuck in Raleigh NC since December 20!!! The 8 items I ordered were all I bought for my daughter so she has nothing for Christmas! I have been emailing and just same response takes time but website is still advertising if you order by Dec 17 will get by Christmas! Never again! I’m returning all items and they better not charge me! Don’t order from this company they lie!!

It took over a month to deliver and they charged me half the amount I paid in customs and fees. Quality is not good either

Honestly I really wanted to like this brand because the clothes are cute but since putting in my first order with them, the whole experience has been very unpleasant. I made an account with them, yet neither the app nor the website are able to process and functionally log me in. Tried activating, resetting password, all of that, and still got met with loads of error messages. The clothes are alright quality, definitely not worth the pricing. I learned this the hard way when I received my order 2 months later after paying. I decided to return 3 items. Had to go through another round of error messages for the return process and another round of trying to get in contact with support to fix this. Now they are trying to charge me $25 to return my mistake of a purchase. Overall, the clothes are mediocre, the customer service is the slowest ever, and the app/website needs loads of fixing. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company which I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through.

Son unos estafadores no compreis hice un pedido en el Black Friday y no me ha llegado tras reclamarlo me dicen por mail que se ha perdido y que no me pueden enviar otro porque no quedan tallas de los artículos que pedí y en su página pone que si quedan existencias y no me han devuelto el dinero ESTAFA TOTAL
