ASOS are an online retailer, but no more websites will be opened to compete with the official Motelrocks store. The hype is out there already and people want to be on board. “the discount code did not apply when I used it on the site, emailed them immediately asking for the discount and if they couldn't do that to just refund me. they refused to do either despite getting back to me less than 24 hours after the purchase.”

“I'm sorry but just don't even bother ordering from this website. I accidentally ordered two of the same swimsuits and I couldn't get in contact with any customer service to cancel one of the orders. Neither of the swimsuits fit and you could basically make this with a sheet of fabric they were each $37. Finally got in contact with customer service and they only allowed me to return one swimsuit. When I clicked on shipping to return it was $24 dollars. not even worth returning at that price. Probably up charging to make a profit on the shipping returns. From Dallas, it should be around $8 for a tiny parcel.”

“Placed my order on the 16th of May, still haven't received it and it still hasn't even been shipped to Portugal. Their cc representative told me it would take 4 to 8 working days but today is the 1st of June and it's been more than that. Customer service is refusing to refund me my money and simply are ignoring my emails. Not only their cc have lied to me but also scammed me. I don't know what to do but this is simply a disgraceful attitide towards the customers and they have scammed me for money...I want my money back and they are refusing to refund it. Should they not refund me my money - I hope their business will close because treating customers like thaf is a no go.”

“Clothes were poor quality, cheaply made. Bad sizing - I’m an Australian 8 so bought a size small (what the ‘models’ wear) but it was massive, so big. I think about an Australian 12. Then I had to pay $25 for return shipping, which took a month. Don’t waste your money.”

“The quality was garbage for the price you pay. Also had to pay 75 dollars on a $200 dollar order in duty fees (shipping to Canada). Not worth the money at all. The item also fit way smaller than expected for a size small. Do not recommend and suggest you save your money.”

“If I could give this company a zero I would. My 13 year old daughter asked me to purchase her clothes from this site. First they don't tell you it's in USD but no problem I paid it. Then they add $17 for shipping. Rip off for 2 pairs of pants and a shirt but great. I paid it. Then I get an email 2 days later saying I owe them $96 for duties. The clothes were $195 USD (ALREADY A RIP OFF) and now you want 50% more in taxes? I asked them to cancel my order and the best I got was sorry pay us the duties and we will refund your money at some point. You're joking right? I buy online daily like everyone else and this has never happened. So not buy anything from this site you will be disappointed for sure. Service is terrible a d their policy is even worse.”

“Placed an order with them, they delivered it to the wrong place, I am within my rights for them to redeliver/refund as they need to fulfil a contractual obligation with me when I placed an order with them that was accepted. However, they need to "investigate" even though the courier gave them photo evidence of delivering the parcel to a completely different location!!!!!!! £200.00, they ripped me off! Also, I posted on social media and they deleted the post so they do not give customers full transparency of what they are about. If they were reputable they would have addressed my concerns and also provided better customer support/service to reassure me that they would not take my money and deliver my items. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS BRAND, stick with reputable, trusted ones only to avoid the headache, stress and frustration!!!!”

“Disgusting Placed my first order and parcel arrived with half the items missing. No paperwork provided or information to advise if missing items are in another parcel. When I check my account tracking number for all the items are the same but over £200 worth of items missing from a £341 order.”

“Out of the bag, the material is cheap. I ordered some snake skin pants and expected the material to be something it is definitely not. AND THE SIZES ARE FREAKING SMALL! I was weary buying an extra small, I am a size 4 and have a toned body and these pants were too tight even though they advertise xs as sizes 4-6 (seriously?)”

“US buyers beware...returns are $23! Ridiculous. I am normally a size 4 and ordered a size small (which fits a US 4 - 6) and the pants BARELY buttoned. This would mean I'd need a medium (size 8) for it to fit. How is there such a big size discrepancy that I go from a size 4 to an 8? I even measured myself before buying. If you feel like taking the risk of buying anyway, go TWO sizes up...and don't rely on the sizing chart because it's wrong.”

“Im grateful to not have bought anything from this company because they love to steal the work and profit off of talented POC women. They should pay her for her work, for stealing her ORIGINAL designs and ideas, for stealing her campaign all together and advertising it as their own/ that they worked together. No yall didn't. Yall said you aint taking on any collaborative projects after IMAJ (the creator of the design you stole) and had the AUDACITY to post a VIDEO online saying that yall were the ones who figured out the 'secret to the dress' she made. You also stated that she shared it, which is partially true. She shared it in hopes for a COLLABORATION so that both would benefit, and now yall are in for it. Yall stole that from her. You're a horrible company. I cant wait to spread the word to thousands of people to never purchase a single item from this company. Lets not get started on the HIGH possibility that you stole from others as well. You're a waste of time and based on the reviews, im definitely not the only one thinking it with your scamming selves. I'd say good luck, but yall aren't gonna make it.”

“If you are in the U.S, do NOT buy motel rocks, the return fee will increase up to $24. I cannot believe it. The material is not worth with the price. The size is weird, very different from what some has endorsed. :(”

“Worst company ever! Charged me over 100$ in duties on top of my $300 that I spend on items which I refused to pay so I technically never recieved the items and have been waiting 2 months for a refund! Every time I email a new person replies with no clue what is going on so I'm left talking in circles! They have been in touch with Canada post are tracking the items yet refuse to give my money back until they get them lol what a joke! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!”

“I purchased a dress in size 8/S only to find it was too small for me, luckily I was able to sell it locally. Then later when I sized up to a medium it was far too large. The returns was extremely expensive & I never received a refund because my package apparently hasn't been received by their warehouse”

“Worst company ever. The courier they are using (skynet) is a complete skam. Ordered from them over two months ago, and my package has still not left the uk. Have been in contact with their costumer care plenty of times and every time they blame covid or other things for the delay! Do not buy from them, its is a complete scam and the quality og their clothes is the worst.”

Very long delivery time and even though it states on the website that they cover the shipping cost for returning articles I have never received any refund, also no refund for my returned articles either.
