“Perhaps not the best time to send me this email, As the review is not good, I have just received another credit card statement, and still no credit, I spoke to Sophie on the 12 of June , and she assured me it would be sorted. I am very apprehensive, as I ordered another two pairs of shoes and have kept one pair, I wonder when will I get my credit for this return. I sent the returns via the post this time, thinking that the previous time I took them back to the shop, I thought this was where perhaps the mix up was.”

Hi Ann, our apologies for the inconvenience. As you said, we think the confusion with the first pair was caused by them coming over from the shop. We received the postal pair fine and refund has already been processed. After speaking to you I can confirm the pair returned to the shop has now also been refunded. Once again our apologies for the inconvenience.

“I purchased a pair of fitflops as the price was the best online and they were promptly dispatched. Unfortunately I received the wrong ones in error, however after contacting Sophie, this was quickly rectified and the correct pair were sent immediately for next day delivery, without my having to return the other ones first. Full marks for customer service and I will certainly be buying again in the future ... I highly recommend for both price and service!”
