“Astonishing service; I ordered the shoes late one night and they arrived the following afternoon. The shoes are beautiful; calling them blue does them a disservice. They are denim blue overlaid with silver and gold; they need a magical name--denim lace, metallic denim or something along those lines.”

“Shoes ordered when arrived were faulty; I sent an email with photos of the damaged shoe. No response; so I rang myself and they promised to post a prepaid returns label. On learning no replacement shoe of same type available in my size, whilst on the phone I ordered a replacement which happened to be £20 cheaper in the sale. Lauren told me she was crediting me with the difference then and there, and promised the replacements would be sent out as soon as they had received the returned pair. No prepaid label arrived in the post (ever.) I had to ring again, to get the label emailed to me by Lauren. I sent back the faulty pair with the prepaid label, and emailed the proof of posting, but no replacement shoes arrived; so I had to ring yet again. Only then did I learn that allegedly all the replcaement shoes supposedly had the same fault as the original; Lauren persisted with this even when I pointed out I could see the replacement shoes being offered in all sizes, but now at a non-sale price, on the website. The e mail addresses and do not work; does, but they do not reply to any e mail received. On this showing, they are a very shoddy outfit.”

Thanks for your feedback, and apologies for your frustration. Unfortunately we didn't have a replacement for your faulty shoe, and as is company policy, a full refund was issued once we received it back in. There was a technical issue with your emails, beyond our control, that we again apologise for in regards to not receiving a reply. Kind Regards Team Mozimo

“My shoes were received by Mozimo on 11/09/18 and I still haven't had a refund on 15/09/18!!!”

Hi Philippa - Thanks for your feedback, and apologies for your frustration. It is a particular busy period for us at the moment, and as stated within our T&Cs it can take up to 5 working day for the refund to hit your account dependent on your bank. Apologies again. Team Mozimo
