Dreadful service - sent driver to the wrong hotel. Only after 5 calls and 45 minutes did they tell me to get a taxi! Had to plead with airline to let us on the flight. Mozio refused to pay cost of taxi. Just awful, wont even respond to emails. Stay clear.

Mozio sent driver to the wrong hotel. Only after 5 frantic calls and 45 mins delay did they admit to sending the taxi to the wrong hotel - they eventually told me to get a taxi. We made the flight after pleading with them to let us on. Mozio are refusing to refund the cost of the taxi and will not respond to emails. Shocking service I would advise you not to use this company.

We booked a transfer from Larnaca airport to our villa in Protoras. I believe Mozio may have sub contracted the taxi driver as we were collected by Talixo. unfortunately we were due to land at 9pm but didn't arrive until 9.30pm. our collection time was 9.45. I called the driver to inform of the delay (Dora Paounova) but was shocked when she aggressively started shouting where are you down the phone. when we eventually picked our bags up she didn't even acknowledge me and my partner just stormed outside and then abruptly told us to wait on the side of the road until she came around with the car.  Villa Plus had provided us with a postcode but unfortunately because it was a villa the address wasn't exact to the location, instead of trying to help us with the situation Dora proceeded to get angry and rude and make myself and my girlfriend feel uncomfortable stressed and on edge before we had even left the airport.  We got a little lost on the way to the villa which was all our fault... even though we had provided this information to mozio prior to arriving in Cyprus... I'm not sure how someone who lives in Cyprus expects two young English girls to know where they are in a foreign country at night!  absolutely disgusting customer service Dora was rude, aggressive and angry and in my opinion the most vile Greek woman I've ever met in my life and I've been to Greece many times!  on one occasion when we were on the phone trying to speak to villa plus for directions she actually banged her hand on the roof of the car to silence me as she was trying to call someone.  to make things worse this awful woman turned up today to collect us to bring us back to the airport.  again awful customer service... sarcastic comments... looking and reading what looked to be her pink job folder whilst driving 80km on a dual carriage way road. She then decided it was acceptable on 3 occasions to get her phone out and text whilst verging in to the other lane and driving in the middle of the road.  terrible road rage when we drove in to the airport because the car in front wasn't driving quickly enough over the speed bumps.  just a generally awful experience! people like this put good companies to shame. She should be in a line of work where she isn't customer facing as she clearly has no customer service skills and dislikes English travellers!!  NEVER EVER AGAIN If your booking a transfer in Larnaca and your driver is assigned as Dora my advice would be to either book another taxi or just walk!

Dario Gallo provided terrible customer service. Very poor transportation service provider; the company ripped us off and didn't provide the transportation we had paid for with an online reservation. DONT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!

I booked with Mozio through Agoda. I then realised the service was way to expensive. I cancelled. They sent a cancellation notice saying they would refund the money and would show in my account in 7-10 days. No money. I tried to contact them about the refund. I had to really hassle them. They gave me a dodgy receipt saying they had refunded the money - they were not responsible. Still no money and no proof of refund just a dodgy receipt. Run away from Mozio.

We wish we never booked any of our transfers with Mozio.. Every other company we used had no issues at all yet every driver that Mozio organized was just full of headaches and issues Disappointing is the least of how we feel and will be leaving our review

Terrible service do not use no show for our return ,they had sent us to wrong hotel for pick up phoned emergency line was on hold for over 30 min eventually spoke to someone who admitted fault on their side they sent taxi after 90 min wait . On return noticed the had taken a further payment from my account without any notification or permission . They had also taken payment under a different company name . After many emails with customer service who are hopeless i was refunded . I have asked to escalate complaint and speak with a manager several times but this has been ignored and now they will not answer e mails So i would advise anyone using this company to keep an check on you're bank account for any unauthorised withdrawals .

Étant confiant en agoda j’ai fait l’erreur de prendre morio à l’aeroport De Manille. Le chauffeur n’a même pas attendu que je prenne mes bagages pour partir et j’ai du prendre un taxi. Une véritable escroquerie. Je deconseile fortement.

Absolutely awful company. My first pick up from the airport was suppose to be a meet and greet but wasn’t there when I arrived at the airport which meant several calls before we finally got a driver. I checked the paperwork for my return to the airport and noticed the had put the wrong day so I called them to let them know the error and they said it was fine it was all changed and I could expect my driver to collect us from our hotel, again another no show. I called a total of 21 times on the emergency numbers before I finally spoke to a lady who told me she didn’t care !!! Great customer service. I called again and a man answered to be told by him that he couldn’t speak to me he was driving. I finally had to call another taxi to take us to the airport as we would not have made it. I would not use this company they are absolutely shocking I have never known such a poor service in my whole 40 years of travelling. Don’t waste your money they are awful !!!!

I am a loyal customer of Agoda and the currency displayed on my Agoda app is always in Hong Kong dollar. I was expected the currency remain unchanged when the app took me to the airport transfer service by Mozio. It was no currency sign displayed and I was shocked to find out to that it was charged in USD. I did my research on different tourist sites and the regular price for airport transfer from Danang to Hoi An is about VND 340,000 - 440,000 (equal to USD15-19), therefore I was thinking $118 displayed on your website was a fair price.... little did I know that I was deceived by the hidden currency sign. I was charged USD118 for this trip which it should be USD15-19. It was 8-9 times more than the market price!!!

The worst service. first we waited over an hour to take us to our hotel. the Just In Coming driver waits until the bus is completely full, whether we are hungry or thirsty or if the next flight will take a long time to land. But this part we can even relieve. On the day of return, at the time described in the application they simply did not appear. The company responsible for the transfer alleged that he was at the hotel an hour earlier and that he would not send another car, that we should call a taxi and that we deal with the company responsible for the application. Mozio responded by saying that we have to understand that they must pay the transfer even though we did not use it and so would not reimburse us the taxi and still offered a 10% discount for the next trip.

Arrived in Hong Kong after a 12 hour flight. No Mozio driver waiting for us in Arrivals Hall. After about 30 minutes waiting around I received a text to say he was waiting near one of the car parks. I found an airport employee willing to help me and my luggage to the correct place, only to find no one was there. We then struggled back to the Arrivals Hall from where I began to find an alternative means of getting into the city. The text I received was some ruse by the driver to confuse the situation - he did not turn up and never intended to turn up. Eventually complained to Mozio who gave me a refund. No apologies and nothing to compensate me for the hassle. My advice: DO NOT USE MOZIO - they are useless.

Recently traveled to Tokyo, Japan. Booked and paid for private car service through Mozio back in March, 2018. Flight arrived 1/2 hour early. We waited at the designated arrival terminal for 1/2 hour past the agreed upon time after an 11 hour flight from San Diego. The driver never showed up. I got an email saying a driver had been assigned. I reached out to Live Chat 2x and both times was given a link to see where our driver was. Both times the link showed his car at a different terminal. Tried to call the number given to us and did not get an answer. After a long day and frustrating arrival, we paid almost $300.00 to get to our hotel, as our options were limited. We could not reach anyone by phone and live chat didn't help. I have reached out to company on numerous occasions requesting a full refund as no service was provided and continue to get either no response or a response that puts the situation back on me. We are very disappointed with this company and their lack of customer service. I would NEVER use this company again. And, I canceled my return booking immediately after this terrible experience.

Wir haben über Booking.com gerade nach der Buchung noch den Transport gebucht. Buchungsbestätigung ist angekommen und die Kosten wurden von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Leider war dann am Flughafen kein Fahrer von Mozio da. Wir haben Mozio kontaktiert, jedoch keine Antwort respektive Rückerstattung erhalten. Wir finden es auch sehr schade, dass Booking mit einer solchen Firma zusammenarbeitet. Somit unbedingt den Transfer über eine andere Firma buchen!
