“Everything was as expected for our trip from cancun airport to the Westin Lagunamar resort. The only disappointing part was that it said driver gratuities were included but upon arrival at the resort , the driver expected a gratuity. We paid but just felt it unfair to say on site that the gratuities are included in price and then having to pay additional monies. Would recommend Mozio as we have used several times and have been fairly happy with service and pricing!”

“I used this service in November to pick up from airport and again to return to airport from drop off location. I was very impressed with the timely collection from both ends. “Mozio was a dependable transportation service for our arrival and departure out of Osaka. We had a negative experience with the arrival and Lucas Flores responded right away and even extended a credit. The negative experience was with the driver and the type of car the vendor (Elife Limo) sent. The departure however, went very efficiently and smoothly. The driver with EFG Cars was excellent. He arrived as scheduled, loaded all our bags, ensured our comfort and got us to the airport without a hitch. I will definitely use Mozio for future transportation needs.”
